Stanhope Vacation House – Walk to the beach!
Located on a quiet and private street, this newly renovated 3 bedroom home is perfect for your summer family vacation, relaxing getaway or golf destination vacation! White sandy beaches (10 mins walk), the PEI National Park, walking/biking trails and the Stanhope Golf Course are all within walking distance or a short drive away. With its own private large deck and screened-in porch, Beachwood house is fully equipped with everything you need to spend a relaxing and worry-free vacation!
The space
Includes:
•3 full-sized bedrooms (two queens, one twin)
•Sofa bed (double) in common room
•2 full bathrooms
•Fully equipped kitchen with island counterspace and stool chairs
•Washing machine & dryer (+ clothesline)
•Air conditioning
•Bright and spacious living space
•0.85-acre private yard
•Two patio options:
-Large sunny deck with patio furniture and BBQ
-Screened-in porch
•Private bonfire pit with firewood provided
•TV (with Netflix and DVD player)
•Wifi
•Dog-friendly, Pet cleaning fee: 50$

In the heart of Stanhope, we are located minutes away from:
•The PEI National Park (550 meters away)
•Several north shore beaches (Brackley Beach, Stanhope Beach - 10 mins walk, Dalvay Beach)
•Stanhope Golf Course (1.8 kms away)
•Kilometers of continuous walking/biking trails (300 meters away)
•Covehead Harbour with PEI famous Richard's Seafood restaurant (2 kms away)
•Dalvay By the Sea Hotel and Restaurant (7 kms away)
•Downtown Charlottetown is 20 minutes away for all your grocery/shopping/entertainment/restaurant needs
The large yards and trees keep our neighbourhood quiet and private - yet the national park beaches and walking/biking trails are a walk away. Traffic is slow moving on our road. One favourite summer activity of ours is to bike to Covehead harbour. Once there, PEI-famous fish and chips at Richard's seafood restaurant, a drink from the Shore Market and Ice-cream at Campbell's make for a delightful evening!

Check-in: After 4 p.m.
Check-out: Before 10:00 a.m.
Damage deposit: 400$.
The damage deposit will be charged in the event of damage to the property. No smoking allowed in the house or $400 damage deposit will be charged to the guest(s). No parties or events. If you plan on bringing your pet, please inform us beforehand. There will be an additional $50 cleaning fee. Pets must remain reasonably quiet during your stay as to not disturb the neighbours.
