The Space:
Barwon Escape is a modern, spacious two-storey townhouse located in the Bellarine Peninsula suburb of Barwon Heads. You’ll be just a minute’s drive or a leisurely stroll to the Barwon River, Ocean Grove Beach and the main town centre on Hitchcock Avenue dotted with shops and local cafes. Take a dip in the bay, play a round of golf at The Barwon Heads Golf Club down the road, and then finish off with a meal at the renowned Barwon Heads Hotel.

The home itself features three bedrooms, two living areas and a single garage with space for another car in front of garage and plenty of free-street parking. The bedrooms, main bathroom, powder room and second living area are located upstairs whilst downstairs you have the entrance foyer, laundry with front loader washer, a second powder room and open plan living, kitchen and dining at the rear of the home.

The main bedroom is serviced by an ensuite with double vanities, a toilet and a large walk-in shower. The additional two bedrooms have access to the main bathroom with shower, bath and vanity.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials like pots pans, plates, cutlery and utensils and a Delonghi coffee machine, so you can cook up that special family feast. The coffee maker is compatible with Nespresso Original Pods. Please Note: Pods are not provided, you will need to bring your own.

Outside the entertaining can continue with a large gas BBQ and an outdoor dining setting for 6 adults.

In relation to temperature control, the property is fitted with air conditioners for heating and cooling all year round.
