Recently remodeled furnished ground level 1-bedroom guest suite. Located in a quiet and safe neighborhood.

Only a short drive to Grouse Mountain, Capilano Suspension Bridge, Mt. Seymour Resorts, Ambleside Beach, Downtown Vancouver and so many more attractions.

Easy access to all of the North Shore mountains for biking, hiking, and snow sports!

The space
This is a private and spacious 1100 sq ft ground floor suite with its own entrance located in the Lynn Valley of North Vancouver. The suite has one bedroom, kitchen, and bathroom. It is equipped with amenities such as a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a living room with a 55" TV, books, and games, as well as a dining area. The bedroom has a queen-sized bed, a 40" Smart TV, and a closet. The bathroom includes toiletries and a hairdryer.
This location is within a 25-minute drive to downtown Vancouver or a 50-minute public transit ride. The North Shore offers many outdoor and tourist options that are easily accessible from this location.

Guest access
The guest suite is located on the lower level of a 2-level home. The entrance is located off the back of the home. There is free parking located in front of the house. To access the guest suite there is an electronic keypad, the code will be provided 24 hours before check-in. Check-in will be anytime after 4:00 pm.

It is mandatory to verify the ID of the reservation holder upon arrival, failing which I cannot proceed with the check-in process.


Other things to note
We live on the upper floor of the house so we are available if you need anything, have any questions, or are looking for suggestions on where to go or what to see in our beautiful city.

We are a family of two that lives above the guest suite. We have two friendly dogs. We strive to be ultra quiet for our guests, but sometimes our dogs could possibly be heard on the downstairs level, so if you love animals you are very welcome. But if you think you’ll be disturbed by the occasional sounds upstairs, please reconsider your plan to book with us - though we certainly hope you’ll be our guest and experience how truly wonderful our suite is!

Appartement confortable et propre, bien équipé dans l'ensemble (quantité de vaisselle et de casseroles un peu insuffisante). Très sombre en raison de la situation dans la maison (sous-sol) et de l'environnement (grands arbres limitant l'entrée de la lumière du soleil dans la pièce de vie). Eclairage de la pièce de vie à améliorer. Nécessité de disposer d'un véhicule personnel, sinon, il faut prendre le bus pour tous les déplacements, ce qui est fastidieux et fait perdre pas mal de temps.

The Vrbo is well located in North Vancouver. Easy to find. Occasional dog barking may bother some guests. Awesome espresso machine! Super bathroom. Really nice to have a clothing washer.

Nice cozy 2nd home

Sylvia and Jarek greeted me in person as I arrived. That was a nice touch. The unit was spacious, yet cozy, and very well decorated. Very nice as per description. Would stay again.

Excellent and cozy place in a great area

I stayed 11 days and will rebook here next time I’m in Vancouver. Excellent place to recharge, cook a meal or plan the next days events! Excellent value and everything was as advertised. Very quick response time to inquiries too!

Comfy Stay

We had all the comforts of home for our four night stay. Very easy to get to LynnValley hiking, Lonsdale Quay Market, Cypress Trestle Bridge, downtown by Seabus and day trip to Whistler. Highly recommend.

A perfect spot with perfect hosts.

We stayed in this property to be close to our daughter & family. Everything about our stay was perfect. The apartment was warm & cozy with an electric fireplace & comfortable throws to watch tv in the living room. An unexpected & lovely special touch was a decorated Christmas tree. Also champagne, chocolates, cookies & fruit!The kitchen was very well equipped with new appliances. It was easy to make meals to take to our dgtr. Bathroom was big wth tub & shower. The bed very comfortable with a second tv in the bedroom. Parking was off road on the property.All in all a great stay. Thank-you & MerryChristmas

Perfect Home Base for Exploring Vancouver

Amazingly clean, welcoming, tastefully decorated lower apartment in the neighbourhood of Northern Vancouver. Well-located near bus routes and a short drive to grocery and other stores. The apartment is a good size and well-appointed with most everything you need for a stay. There is a parking area set aside for guests The private outside sitting area was a nice bonus. The hosts live upstairs and are kind, friendly, and very responsive to questions. We were touched by the lovely welcoming surprise they left for us. Overall the best vrbo/rental experience that we’ve ever had.

Great stay in North Vancouver

Lovely little downstairs flat. Had everything we needed for a week's stay. Close to shops and cafes and on bus routes. Host was lovely and left us some welcome snacks and bubble. Would thoroughly recommend this property.

Wonderful hospitality!

We were very pleased with this well appointed apartment in a quiet neighborhood. We were greeted warmly by our hosts, who also provided much appreciated welcome treats. It was only a 18 minute drive to the Horseshoe Bay ferry terminal. We wish we had more time to enjoy it and would definitely stay again.

Just as described

They were very responsive any time I reached out. The book they made for guests is full of helpful information. We took a short walk up the road and reached a shopping center with lots of restaurants and shops. The weather was rainy and dreary during our stay but at least we had this cozy place to stay. It is in the back, but they were home to help us with bags. They have a dog you can hear walking upstairs, but it's definitely not bad and didn't bother us. The furniture is nice and comfortable. Overall, a great stay and would stay there again.

Great location.

The location is exactly as described. We didn’t realize what a great area until we got there. Close to busses which is a huge help as parking can be a problem if you go out. Quiet neighborhood that is wonderful to walk around in. The owners live onsite but are respectful of privacy.

The amazing staying in North Vancouver

Absolutely it's one of a kind place to stay in North vancouver. The landlord are very friendly and I feel like I am home already and the property is absolutely fully equipped with everything super clean super close to everything and the nature around surrounding the property is unbelievable I absolutely recommend this place and for myself I'm going to keep in touch with the landlord because I fly to Vancouver more regularly me and my partner thank you so much for your great hospitality

Exceeded Expectations in Every Way!

My husband and I were thrilled to stay at this lovely apartment on our first visit to Vancouver. From the moment we booked, the hosts kindly gave us recommendations for sightseeing options. The apartment was beautifully decorated, clean and welcoming. The amenities were thoughtfully, taken care of, and included everything from bathrobes, to bathing salts, to welcoming champagne and chocolate-covered strawberries! The hosts were very responsive with any questions. The apartment itself was in a wonderful location within walking distance from restaurants, grocery stores, and other sightseeing opportunities! We would absolutely stay there again and would highly recommend it to any of our family and friends
