Bedroom 1 has a Queen size bed, Bedroom 2 has 2 bunk beds, and Bedroom 3 has 2 double beds. Worrying on extra sleeping space? We have a sofa bed in the living room for your use. Our kitchen has complete amenities where you can make yourself a coffee, tea, and a sumptuous meal for your loved ones!Chill out with your family and friends in our spacious backyard and porch. Our house is very convenient in location where you’ll find nearby supermarkets and shopping centers. You will surely have a homey and comfortable getaway! We are excited to host you soon!

The Space:
Guests can enter the house through a digital keypad. A beautiful front porch will welcome you. Once you step inside, you will see a spacious living room with a decorative fireplace. Off the living room is a dining room adjacent to the kitchen. There is a nearby door that has access going outside. All bedrooms and bathrooms are found on the right side of the main entrance. We have a BBQ grill, table, and chairs outside for your use.

Guest Access:
The house has a digital keypad at the front door which will provide you access to the house. The code will be provided upon check-in. You will have full and private access to the home.

The Neighborhood:
This house is located in a quiet residential area in Hickory Hill. It has an easy access to major expressways, supermarkets, and shopping centers. Only a few minute drive to dining, shopping, and the airport!

Getting Around:
Uber, Lyft, and other Taxi available, but driving is encouraged!

Other Things to Note:
We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 25 years of age to book.

We are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets.

Interaction with Guests:
We like to give our guests maximum privacy, so we offer contact-free check in via a digital door code. Just know that we are only a phone call away if ever the need arises during your stay!
