Comfortable northern Michigan retreat

Home is much larger than it appears from the curb. Well appointed with lots of nice touches like water in the fridge, kayaks/canoes free to use, etc. very comfortable for our family of 6 adults

Great place to stay for a weekend getaway!

The house is a great place to relax and enjoy the outdoors! The kayaks were a big highlight of the weekend. They are very sturdy and high quality. The river is home to a variety of fish including bass and perch! We also saw a couple juvenile/adult bald eagles and some babies up in the nest atop the trees. The fire pit was also a plus! The house is tidy and in great shape.

Goodbye visit with family

This place was exceptional. We have family across the river and we're always looking for a place to stay. We were impressed upon our arrival and just feel bad we did not get to spend more time enjoying the property as most of our time was spent at our family's home as we were visitong for a going away party. Love the fact that there are 2 bathrooms. Ample space for a family or even 2 couples to enjoy and feel comfortable. We will definitely be back to Atlanta and hope to use this property again sometime.

Very nice property

This property suited our family perfectly. The beds were comfortable, there were plenty of extra blankets, the bathrooms were well stocked. They even provided shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. The kitchen is also well stocked. One of the best things is that this is a property where people are free and welcome to leave behind extra paper products, or spices, that kind of thing. there are plenty of televisions for gaming and movies and regular television. Plenty of seating for everyone. There are even games provided. The home seems to be privately owned, but managed by a company by the name of Evolve. I was impressed because many management companies do not allow for anything left behind for the next renters, and they only provide the very bare minimum in the way of paper and cleaning products. This home seems to be the best of both privately owned and management company. It feels like a home. We look forward to staying here again in the future.

Girls Yearly Get-away

6 of us best friends picked a different part of Michigan to travel. I found this beautiful house in Atlanta, MI. The whole process from start to end was easy & pleasant. The house was so clean, beautiful, roomy & had everything accessory that any of us girls needed. The view out on the deck was amazing & so relaxing. Town is around the corner. We had extra places to sleep people & there was no need to bunk up together. The owners were very nice folks. They provided us the nicest place to get-away. The neighborhood was quite. We truely couldnt have asked for better Hosts! So much was provided. Thank you! We will definitely come back.

Relaxing and perfect for our first time renting a house!

Great place relaxing! Went riding easy to get to trails! House was perfect for our stay. Very welcoming, had everything we needed to cook meals while there. The view was gorgeous from the back deck. The bathtub in the master suite was so amazing! Our 8 yr old son said he went swimming in it bc it was so big. This house seriously was so great for us. This was our first time renting a home to stay in and we have it 5 stars! Beds were beyond comfy! Kids loved the bunk beds. The alarm clocks with phone chargers were a nice touch. Lots of little “extras” all over the house to make your stay even more enjoyable. HIGHLY recommend staying here! Downtown was literally only a half mile away and a super easy walk for us since it was so nice out during our stay. Side note: our last name starts with a W and the front mat of the house has a W on it, the kids were convinced you put that there for us! So cute! Thanks again for letting us rent your place.
