I enjoyed the tucked away home while the location wasn’t far from all kinds of different entertainment. The hot tub was nice and ready. Plenty of space to play games with the family and cook.

This was one of the quietest places we have ever stayed. It was dark and really gave us time to unwind. We got to see some wild turkeys on the property and there was plenty of space for our dog to sniff and explore.The space was comfortable and even thought the front porch is small, it was nice to sit outside and write for a while. The hot tub is in excellent shape and it was a surprise benefit not to have to take the top on and off. We would highly recommend this rental in the future.We did have some communication issues - not with the owner, but with Evolve which was really not helpful at all. I am not sure how they have come to be added to VRBO (or why), but it was a frustrating extra step that served as an obstacle to connecting with the host.Additionally, the neighboring property is a bit cluttered with old vehicles, but there is a privacy fence, so once you are at the house you don't really see it. And the neighbors were relatively quiet so that wasn't an issue at all.

The host was super responsive. The location is great, far enough away from the city but close enough to get everywhere. The house was decorated cute but could use some updates. The beds were not comfortable. The kitchen says fully stocked but the pots and pans were in desperate need of repair and definitely lacking in basic kitchen items such as cookie sheets, Pyrex baking dishes, strainer for pasta etc. I will say the host was super responsive and delivered a new pot for us to use. Amazing property. Close enogh to go into downtown Savannah but far enough away you have your privacy. Host/Contact was great. Will definitely be back.

Wonderful

This property is a great gem. It was wonderful and we had a great time. It had everything we needed and a hot tub. It’s close to town but is nice and secluded to get away from the hustle and bustle. We loved it. Would definitely stay here again.

Quiet getaway

What a great property and awesome owners! This place is a bit off the main road, but you'll enjoy the lack of road noise for sure! The hot tub was great for the end of a day at the Savannah Bananas game. Guyton is a nice quiet place that has what you need. The Savannah/Hilton Head airport is an easy drive, although GPS sent us three different ways. haha. We enjoyed a take out dinner from Pizza Chef and B and R BBQ. It's a bit of a drive but their pizza is awesome! We chose one of their specials and enjoyed it over many days. All rooms had what was needed and the parking was very easy near the front door. When we're back for more (didn't get to Tybee Island this time)...we'll rent here again!

Comfortable, Quiet and Relaxing

Enjoyed our stay very much. We came to see relatives and friends and see the St. Patrick's Day Parade in Savanna (bucket list). Really enjoyed the property and owner was very friendly and made our stay very easy (loved the green lights). We will definitely look here first when staying in the area.

Clean and relaxing

Nice property with all the amenities that we needed. It was a bit further from the touristy areas of Savannah but we would still consider it a good location and were able to get everywhere we needed within 30 mins. Communication was good and we didn’t have any issues.

Wonderful!!!

This was a lovely place to stay for our Savannah trip. It was a little ways outside of town so it was nice and quiet, but not so far as to be inconvenient. The property is beautiful and was perfectly clean when we arrived, and there were also two select little welcome packages waiting for us, along with a handwritten note to us from the owner. The hot tub was perfect after long days of walking everywhere in Savannah, Fort Pulaski, etc. The beds were comfortable and clean. We would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay in this cute and cozy home. It provided everything we needed, plus a few little extras! We would definitely recommend this home for your next stay. If we ever travel to the area again, we know where we’ll be staying. Perfect for our little getaway, but plenty of room and entertainment for a family. Monica was quick to answer any questions we had.

Great stay outside of Savannah

Overall things were great except a few small issues but the owner was super responsive and took care of everything. Only real complaint was the bed in the spare room was uncomfortable but overall really nice. We will be back!

Amazing Host

Hurricane Helene impacted our ability to stay here but Monica tried her best to accommodate us. The power company just did not come through. The property is secluded, quiet, and very beautiful.
