We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful, modern, comfortable home. Our favorite part was sitting on top of the boathouse watching the boats going to and from the locks. The location is super quiet. And very convenient to town for groceries, quaint shops, eating out etc. Check-in was easy! The host was attentive, and provided nice touches with coffee pods ready to load, and lots of bottled water. This would be a great place to come back for a longer stay!

The cottage was lovely, clean and bright. Thank you for leaving some water for us to use. We stayed during the middle of a heat wave and even without air conditioning, the ceiling fans in each bedroom worked well. We enjoyed our stay.

Week in Fenelon Falls

Property was well located for our needs. Property was spacious, rooms were well sized, and the view on the water was lovely.

This is truly an outstanding property!A boaters dream. Right on the Trent Severn waterway, Close access to boat ramps and features a cement wall and boat house with secure tie-downs. Power outlets inside boat house, for charging marine electronics overnight. Very very clean property. Including tables and cutlery (Usually a lacking point in other rentals). BBQ and appliances worked great. The host Siamak went way above and beyond to ensure our group had a perfect stay. He was extremely responsive, and provided immediate support. Thank you Siamak for a great stay!

Great place to stay with friends!

Booked this rental for the weekend with friends for my birthday and the property did not disappoint! The supplied bedding and towels were very clean along with the rest of the property. Siamak was very informative before and during our stay with any concerns we had or things we needed to know. The only thing is there is no AC in the unit but there is ceiling fans in most rooms that work well to keep you cool! Would definitely book this rental again!
