Cafes/restaurants/10 hotels/public parks/surf beaches & CBD all within a very short level walk. There is a fully stocked FoodWorks grocery supermarket for supplies just 40m away on Scott St!
Other things to note;
Famous Newcastle East End Ice Creamery is only 35m towards the beach on Zaara St.
The 2 balconies are set up for dining/drinks & relaxing just watching the world pass by.
There is a video in the photo section giving a quick tour of what to expect & showing most of the apartments features.
Parks & free BBQs are just a short level stroll.
Convenient location for guests wanting to attend events at the "McDonald Jones Stadium" at Broadmeadow as it's only 20 min by public transport!
Being located on the first floor, guests have 12 stairs to enter + there is an effective audio intercom to the living room to minimize using the stairs when your guests/visitors are entering the building.
