The stunning open plan kitchen, dining and living area is the perfect place for the family to gather and enjoy a meal after a day at the beach. For an easy-going vibe, fire up the BBQ on the back patio and kick back while the kids play in the garden.

On the ground floor you"ll find a quiet and comfortable reading room, perfect for those that want to hide away with a good book, do some daily yoga or perhaps have a moment of quiet contemplation. For those on a working holiday, the home office offers a light and bright space where you can tap away on the keyboard away from the hustle and bustle of the main living area.

Moving upstairs, you"ll find a media room furnished with super comfy sofas, perfect for watching a movie on a rainy day. All four bedrooms are also on the upper level with the master suite boasting a expansive ensuite bathroom and walk in wardrobe. All other bedrooms are furnished with double beds and walk-in-
wardrobes meaning you"ll have plenty of space for the contents of your suitcase.

The Area:
The iconic Merewether Beach is home to the international surfing competition, Surfest. It is part of a beach reserve that stretches from Dixon Park in the north to Burwood Beach in the south - with superb views in all directions.

Enjoy a coffee at a beachside cafe and watch as locals walk their dogs, parents juggle caffeine and kids with sandy hair and the surfers" roll-up by the dozen.

Walk a bit further down the beach promenade, and you"ll find Merewether Ocean Baths, the largest Ocean Baths complex in the Southern Hemisphere.

Merewether Beach is the southern end of the popular Bathers Way walk.
