Great location. Lots of food and shopping near by. House was clean and welcoming. Master bedroom was large and had nice furnishings. Would be good for family or couple. Thank you, we will stay here again.

Overall the house was great! Clean, nicely decorated and comfortable beds and furniture. The only thing lacking was kitchen tools such as a bottle opener or measuring cups. Also the kettle didn't work. We made due, but these things add to the whole experience.

As advertised, cute place, comfortable beds. Would have been nice to be able to sit on the deck, but otherwise great.

Nice central location, clean and spacious home. Patio furniture was lacking, and a few little touches could have made it a 5 star, regardless we had a trouble free stay, and would book again.

The good: beautiful appearance with modern style on the inside of the house. The location was perfect for what we needed. The not-so-good: The front stoop was incredibly uneven making it very difficult for my dad to enter the property with his cane. The front door lock was finicky and needed to be pulled and maneuvered to make it lock. The front and back lawn was not mowed or taken care of. Towel racks were screwed into the drywall and pulling out from the wall as well as curtain rods. In need a proper wine opener and more glassware. There was a deck but no chairs available to sit on for the deck. The island stools were uncomfortable to sit on and very unstable.

Vrbo was perfect for all we needed. Clean and central to anywhere we wanted to go.

3 night stay

Nice house near west Edmonton mall. Simple check in process. House is a multi family unit with another suite beside as well as suites in the basement. We had no issues with this, and could not hear any of the neighbours. Would stay again.

Mall long weekend

Travelling with two adults and two adult children. Plenty of space and close to amenities and WEM. Very clean and updated property. Appreciated shampoo, body wash etc was provided. Comfortable home for family, highly recommend.

Great Stay in Edmonton

We had a great stay. The house was easy to find and the neighborhood was good. We were close to the mall, which was great. The beds were comfortable and the owner provided many nice touches such as bath supplies and supplies to help with cooking in the kitchen.

Wonderful location and host

My family and I had a wonderful stay. Daniel was quick to respond to any questions and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was nothing less than perfect. The location was great, very central to everything we needed. I would recommend staying here to anyone!

Walked to WEM and starbucks

We stayed with adult son and his girlfriend for a family wedding so this was a great location for us. The home is fairly new and nicely decorated. We would have appreciated a night table on both sides of the king bed and an ironing board to go with the iron. The king bed was comfortable. Unfortunately this listing doesnt tell you much about the amenities. I asked the contact person a couple questions but didnt get timely response, was 18 hours. This is semi detached with a tenant in basement suite. I purposely booked this over a basement suite because of noise being in a basement. The listing tells you to be cognizant of the downstairs tenant regarding noise but neglects to mention the noise you will encounter from next door and you can hear the word for word conversations of the people downstairs and their crying new baby through the kitchen door. I highly suggest changing the builder grade interior door that goes to the basement to a solid door to help noise transfer. Sadly new houses aren't built like houses used to be. As a premier host myself, I am pretty particular about communicating and cleaning in my unit. Hopefully the cleaners remember to vacuum the hair from the drawers in the primary vanity and notice a piece of clothing balled up under the area rug in primary bedroom next time. The house was very clean otherwise. Putting the exterior light on a timer would be really nice for guests like us arriving after dark.
