Perfect for a couple's vacation or small family looking to experience the ultimate vacation experience here in the mountains our freshly renovated and ultra-modern cozy Boulder Bay cottage is furnished with all that you need for a memorable vacation and sits within a short walk to Big Bear Lake. The private and tree lined property offers serenity and relaxation and is within a short ten minute car ride to the Village shops, marina, and the ski resorts for year round fun right at your fingertips.
Freshly painted and furnished with new waterproof hardwood floors you will love the open floor space where you can easily enjoy your cozy living room area with a comfy couch, flat-screen Streaming TV, and a cute dining table. The basic but efficiently stocked kitchen has all that you need for preparing your home-cooked meals or slope snacks for the group including cookware, utensils, and general appliances for your use. The comfortable bedroom and cute bathroom are made up for your visit with warm linens, blankets, pillows, and fresh shower towels while a separate laundry room is on hand with a washer and dryer for those wet snow clothes or extended visits year round.
Venturing outside you are met with a spectacular fenced yard, beautifully manicured with a flat horseshoe driveway for easy year-round access and parking and boasting outdoor dining features like a picnic table and propane BBQ plus a cute sun deck where you will love sipping your first cup of coffee in the mornings. No Early Arrival/Late Departure During Peak Seasons or Holidays.
There is No Street Parking Allowed in Big Bear- Make Every Attempt to Get Cars Off the Street for Snowplows. November thru April the law requires snow chains in your cars.
Pet Policy-Pet Friendly Homes Only-$40/Pet/Night
Pets must be acknowledged and may not be left unattended in the home. Owners must clean up after pets; subject to added cleaning fees for violations.
All homes include clean linens, and fresh bath towels for the occupancy. A kitchen with basic cookware and small starter amount of dish soap, toilet paper, and trash bags will be supplied. Paper towels, coffee filters/coffee, specialty appliances, nor condiments/spices/oils are supplied.
No Pay-Per-View Ordering in any homes.
No refunds/credits for cancellations or trip interruptions due to acts of nature, (especially snow, fire, power outages) weather, road conditions, mechanical or electrical failures, spa malfunctions, or other equipment factors beyond our control.
This is a forested mountain community home to critters- animals or insects you may encounter are spiders, moths, flies, squirrels, gophers, bears, coyotes, burro, bear, bats, etc. Our team inspects prior to arrival but cannot guarantee the home will be free of these forest critters.
We reserve the right to offer a comparable property or issue a full refund if circumstances arise that are beyond our control and your property is made unavailable for any reason.
