Perfectly situated directly across from the vibrant atmosphere of Johns Pass Village, this beachfront one-bedroom condo is all setup for your comfortable winter home, or just a quick weekend beach getaway.



Enjoy a relaxing day on the large private balcony, around the spacious pool deck, or on the award-winning white sands of Madeira Beach. In the evening, you'll be rewarded with an absolutely stunning view of the nightly sunset along with the cool sea-breezes from the Gulf of Mexico.



The year-round heated pool and large seating area, complete with a few Tiki huts for lunch, allows for easy access back and forth from the sand and Gulf, and is

This property is perfect! Location and proximity to the beach, pool and John's Pass is unmatched. I would 100% stay here again! I would prefer a washer and dryer, but that is a personal preference. Thanks for an easy and amazing week!

A great getaway place for two. Sunrises, Sunsets, beach walks, as well as beach and pool time. Restaurants and shopping across the street, literally couldn't ask for more. Once we arrived, we never got into the car until departure. Unit was clean and balcony view fantastic. Our host was easily and quickly responded when we had a question and very accommodating. A thumbs-up on this one!

Loud music in the parking lot when we arrived. Lounge furniture a little dated, footstool fabric torn. No other issues to mention. Excellent location on beach front right over the road from John’s Pass with restaurants, bars & shops.

The place was just as described. We loved the beach front balcony even at night. it was so quiet out there, could hear the waves crashing. the size of the unit was perfect, place was clean and had everything we needed. private parking space and also could walk to dinner, stores and bars so no need to drive. We needed to contact the host with a question and had a response immediately. no complaints, hope to be back to the beach soon.

My husband and I loved the location, the property itself is nice. The unit was clean and even though older furniture and appliances all work well and comfortable. Felt at home.

Perfect Location

We had a wonderful week long stay at this vacation home. The location was perfect, just steps from the beach and convenient cabana rental. We enjoyed watching dolphins and sunsets from our balcony, creating a memorable experience. We also loved being able to walk right across the street for delicious food, ice cream and some great shopping.

Every thing was very nice. Only thing I had trouble with is the sliding door was hard to open from the outside. A handle would be helpful. I would definitely stay again.
