This lovely tropical oasis is just steps from the beautiful beach and laden with exotic and fragrant greenery, tropical huts, a BBQ grill, and outdoor showers. Sugar Sands A is on the ground floor and offers the easiest of beach vacations!

A unique blend of Florida fishing village, residential community and tourist destination contribute to an original vibe that is Madeira Beach. Mad Beach, as it's affectionately referred to, is that curious mixture of history, progress, and stability which, when paired with the perfect weather of Florida's Gulf Coast, makes for a delightful community. Measuring only two miles long, this small seaside gem draws beach lovers to its pristine white sandy beaches. Madeira Beach is home to John's Pass Village and with six public parks, boat-accessible restaurants, charter boats, and dolphin watch cruises, it has something for everyone. Dog-friendly beaches include Bicentennial Park, Fort Desoto Park, and Boca Ciega Millennium Park.

This first-floor gem offers the living area and bedroom open to the pool and deck area. Find all the comforts of home with a nicely appointed kitchen with breakfast bar and handy sofa bed. The main bedroom has plenty of storage to unpack and unwind, and a TV. Beach towels, beach chairs, two kayaks, and two paddleboards are available.
