Welcome and enjoy your stay in this cozy East End Suite, located on the first floor of a private residential home in a super safe and quiet neighborhood. The upstairs is occupied by the owner of the building.
East End Suite is close to all popular points of interest, 1.1km: 13minutes walk to MacCormacks Beach Provincial Park and Fisherman's Cove Boardwalk, 150m: 2 minutes walk to Kids Playground. Less than 8 minute drive to the base Shearwater and Woodside Ferry terminal.
28 mins drive to Halifax downtown, 9 minutes drive to general hospital. Nearby restaurant includes Seaking Club, Jamieson's Irish House & Grill, Boondocks, Coffee Tea & Sea. Keizer's Freshmart, Eastern Passage Value Foods, and Traditional Trading Post.
The Space:
The cozy living room boasts of a 55" 4k smart TV, with high-speed unlimited usage Wi-Fi. Netflix, Roku-enabled channels, and Disney Plus for kids’ entertainment.
The living room has:
A comfortable couch, 1 complete Queen size bed, reading Lamp, Exercise Bike, a bookshelf, and an Antique Piano for deco only.
The bedroom:
1 Queen-size bed with 4 pillows and bedding. A comfortable Sofa, bedside tables, and lamps. A wardrobe, pressing board, and iron. Office space: Reading table and chair.
Kitchen:
The fully equipped kitchen for your home-away-from-home experience features a dinning set, full stove, microwave, refrigerator, bread toaster, electric kettle, coffee, coffee maker, cooking utensils, plate, cutleries, fire extinguisher, and a double-step trash bin.
Access:
Guests have full access to the suite with number lock keypad through the back of the building. You can enjoy privacy and tranquility from the fenced backyard.
Free Parking in the property and road side
Laundry:
You will have access to laundry: washer and dryer in-suite
Private bathroom: a hairdryer, shampoo, body wash, conditioner, hand soap, and towels.
