Spanning 1,250 square feet, this beautifully designed cabin features 2 spacious bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, accommodating up to 8 guests comfortably. The master bedroom boasts a luxurious king-sized bed, while the second bedroom is perfect for families with a twin bunk bed and a twin over queen bunk. For additional sleeping arrangements, a queen sleeper sofa is available in the living area.

The heart of the cabin is its inviting living area, complete with a gas fireplace that creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Disclosures
The majority of the properties in the Winter Park area do not have A/C due to the cooler climate. The resort base closes during the off seasons in the spring and fall but the downtown area remains open year round. A complete list of our discounts and optional services can be viewed on our website. Our designated pet friendly properties have a pet fee of $49 nightly with a 2 dog max. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture or beds and must be crated if left alone. Additional fees will apply for non-compliance. Quiet hours are 10pm to 8am Daily. There is parking for 2 cars. Great unit, right on the river. Clean and great for our stay. Had one issue with the keypad malfunctioning (really out of the management company's control), which was promptly and easily addressed. Would stay again.

Fantastic Wintery Stay

My family loved this spot for a our winter getaway. With two kids under 5, there was plenty of space for us to spread out and play, and the hot tub was amazing. It was super convenient to get to town and skiing, and we loved trekking around the house on the community paths. The beds were very comfy and the kitchen well stocked, we had a great time all around and can't wait to return!

Perfect, quiet location

We really love the neighborhood that this house is located. Not overly populated and away from the constant coming and going of people. Very short drive to shops, dining and fun. We've stayed in the neighborhood before and this house in particular has a nice view of a flowing creek and bridge that takes you over to a pond you can walk around. The layout of the home is spacious for a family of 4. The hot tub was a major positive to have and was awesome to sit in at night and watch the stars. Only reason we are rating the home a 4 was because of some poor housekeeping prior to our stay. Also, the thermostat is automatically set up to go down to 56 degrees at night in the winter, which we woke up every morning uncomfortably freezing.

Amazing everything!

Promises Delivered

The unit and amenities were just as good as promised. Quality furnishings and amenities were great and using the free shuttle to the mountain for skiing saved us from having to rent a car (we used an airport shuttle to get there - also very convenient)

Fraser Getaway for Young family of 4 + Couple

Spent a weekend here during low season. Walking around the Fraser river Trail was a treat on Saturday morning! It's right off of the back patio, and the kids enjoyed seeing all the wildlife, plus the Perk coffeehouse was a short walk from the unit. The setup was perfect- kids and parents slept in one room. The kidless couple we were traveling with took the master. Hot tub was fun for the kids by day and relaxing for adults after kids were asleep. Fireplace had a small snafu with the remote batteries having been worn down, but host came and sorted it out. Kitchen was well-equipped and the living room was super-comfy. Perfect location!!! We will be back. :)

Beautiful and Spacious

We really enjoyed our stay. The location was beautiful backing up to a walking trail and creek. The hot tub was perfect for the evenings. Inside was perfect with everything we needed to stay in or go out. We loved having the availability to cook our own meals or just bring in take out. We didn't use much of the upstairs but would have been a great place to come with another family. We really appreciated the portable crib and child's chair to use at the table. Our dog also loved that it was pet friendly with a trail right behind to go explore. Highly recommend. Only minor complaint was the lack of air in the summer but the fan on the living area helped alleviate this. Again, beautiful space within walking distance of Winter Parks shops and restaurants.

Modern Beauty Getaway

This was a beautiful place to stay. Our home was in the ideal location as it sits right off the water and overlooks the sunset. From the backyard hot tub you can watch the sun set and watch the water which was a really special perk for us. The home has trails that run around it and that made it very confident for bringing dogs. The bedding, pillows and towels were very comfortable and the furnishings were very nice in the home. We would definitely recommend this home for couples or families with children.
