Harbor View 205 - Condo in the Heart of Downtown La Pointe!

Stay in the heart of downtown La Pointe! This newly remodeled Condo has 1 bedroom with a Queen bed, a full kitchen, full bath and  Smart T.V. that you can log into any of your streaming services. The condo is conveniently located, with Mission Hill Coffee Shop, Motion To Go Bike and Moped Rental, Quinn and Zayda's Bakery, and Cafe Seiche on the first floor of the building. This is the perfect spot to explore the Town by foot or rent a moped/bike and explore the rest of the Island. The condo has a view of the Harbor and is less than a block away from Tom's burned Down bar.

Condiments (including salt & pepper, ketchup, mustard, oils etc. - WI Department of Health & Human Services requires all condiments must be removed after each rental)
Additional towels for going to the beach (bath towels provided are for use inside the property not to be taken outside or to the beach)

The apartment is spacious with lots of storage and ample parking. Most everything is new. There was a problem with the tub drainage, but it was fixed. The air conditioner was leaking onto the floor and didn't cool the bedroom. Loved the location with food, entertainment and the ferry near.

Great location - great communication

We had a great time at the condo over the Independence Day weekend. It was a comfortable space, communication was clear and it's in a great location. We'd definitely come again!

Prime spot

My family enjoyed our stay. Rough start with understanding where to go to find our door to our condo. (Behind stores and upstairs) we were able to check in early about 2 hours which was really nice. our key got stuck right away and within 20-25 min someone came to help. They were so nice about it. Got the key out with oil and the hotel team made sure we felt comfortable and let us try it ourselves. Condo was just like the pictures very clean new mattress and new mattress covers all your needs coffee maker, fridge, oven, microwave all the necessary needs. Towels, sample shampoo and conditioner which helped enough toilet paper and paper towels for are stay. Thought that was nice. Very nice detailed instructions for the stay. Internet’s spotty for tv. But we didn’t need it because there was so much to do here. We give it over all 5 stars. I noticed it was a bit dusty on the dinning table, and bedroom. But over all a wonderful stay!

The unit itself was awesome! Very clean and well appointed! The entrance is very sketchy. You have to walk past the back doors of the businesses on the ground floor with trash and crap everywhere.
