Beautiful 1,500 Square Foot Loft with 11 foot ceilings and lots of windows for natural lighting. Located on the iconic Saint-Laurent Boulevard in the heart ❤️ of the Mile End. Perfect location for remote work or just for travelling in the city.

Contains a comfortable King size Bed 🛌 and a beautiful real leather couch. The Additional Futon Mattress & Bedding can be Provided Upon Guest’s Prior Request.


The space is filled with very modern furniture and a fully equipped kitchen to fulfill all your needs, included a Nespresso machine and Coffee Pods. ☕️

A great place to stay. The apartment had everything we needed (and more). Joshua was extremely easy to communicate with - he responded very quickly to every question. The apartment is in a great location - easy access to so many things: restaurants, cafes, old town, Mont Royal, and so much more. I highly recommend!

The perfect spot to explore Montreal. The loft was a haven. We had easy access to restaurants and parks, and could travel into the city for adventures but come home to quiet and a neighbourhood feel. I highly recommend this spot. We travelled with our preschooler and it was easy and fun in the loft.

Staycation away from home

Fantastic loft for the 3 of us to spend a week together as we live so far apart! Super clean, beautiful, well equipped and the owner is so helpful and kind. Parking was handy and easy . Mile End is close to everything!

Great loft in Mile End

Loft is big, open with lots of light. Really nicely furnished and walkable to a ton of restaurants, bars and cafes. Well equipped kitchen, Josh the host is super responsive. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at the loft. It’s located in a walkable neighborhood with many bars and restaurants nearby. The space is large, spacious and very clean. Having a fully stocked kitchen for preparing meals was convenient and the coffee provided was much appreciated. We slept incredibly well, the bed was comfortable and the loft was super quiet. Joshua was very responsive with any questions we had. Would definitely stay here again!

Had a wonderful time in Montreal

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. Josh, the host, was incredible to work with. He was very responsive to our questions and really made everything easy for us. The property is huge, the kitchen is well equipped and the bed was very comfortable. Would highly recommend this property to others

This is a great place to stay. The owner/manager is very responsive and helpful. The Mile End location in Montreal is excellent. It is quiet, well equipped, secure, safe and spacious. This is our second time to stay in this apartment and we will return. We highly recommend this place.

Great place!! Location - neighborhood - restaurants - convenience - security - quiet - everything about this apt was outstanding. The owner was great and responded quickly to our questions. We’ve traveled to Montreal many times over the past 7 years and this apartment is, by far, the best we’ve had. Every detail was taken into consideration. Highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a first class stay.

Mike End Gem

Great stay in this loft apartment. Gorgeous property and in a fantastic location. Only caveat is there are several steps to get to it, so if you have mobility issues, this may not be the place for you. Owner met us at the unit and carried our luggage up! He is very nice and answered all questions within minutes. Some great local restaurants and shopping on the street. We intend to make it our go to place in Montreal! Comfy bed and great linens !

Premier Property!

I really can't say enough good things about the property and the host. The location is superb, fully walkable with any services you may want very close by. Whether it is a gym, grocery store, massage/spa, Church, dry cleaning, and virtually unlimited food and drink options, to name a few.The space itself is wonderful. Very large windows on both ends of the space. The bathroom is like a Zen nature experience; the faucet mimics a waterfall; the floor is like a pebble beach; the wood walls and countertop like a forest. And that is just the bathroom.The host was wonderful as he provided us with coffee cartridges and TP when he stopped by to water the beautiful plants in the space. We were there over a month and it was a five star experience. Thank you Josh!
