Roomy house with great layout for large groups. Nice outdoor area. Perfect location for accessing both the shops and the beach.

Nice house, entry stairs were a little steep for my elderly mother. Comfortable inside with a big kitchen. Two full bathroons on the first floor was nice. Outside had a nice sitting area and grill.

Union Pier presents an exceptional location for a visit. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. As senior citizens, we prefer phone conversations over emails or messages. We received a prompt response via email and resolved the heating issues on the upper floor, as we were unable to locate hidden air ducts behind the furniture. Additionally, the living room, family room, and kitchen are relatively small for eight people. The dining room, however, was appropriately sized. Overall, the properties are pleasant.

You can rent main house and smaller house together for your larger group. Expansive grounds and close to the beach!

Michigan Vacation

Property was great, plenty of room for all of us. Location was great for beach access and made it easy to get places. Had an issue with the door code, after one quick phone call maintance was at the property and had the issue fixed in a timely manner. Communication leading up to the trip. Answered questions that we asked and were very thorough on information.

Our family reunion was a successful event and this home was a great home base. We especially enjoyed the outdoor patio, grill and green space. The firepit was a hit and gave us a great place to gather while the kids played in the yard.My only notes-The house could be a bit tidier. There are many cabinets with random contents and it was hard to find necessities like garbage bags. The home layout is a little awkward for larger groups. For example, to get to the two downstairs showers, you have to walk through the main living area from bedrooms.Altogether though, we enjoyed our stay!
