- The road from the vehicle/trailer parking area to the house is groomed to be walkable and easily accessible by snowmobile or other tracked vehicle, but the driveway is not. If there is fresh snow, it can be multiple feet of deep powder. Please consider this when booking during the winter, as the homeowner is not responsible for guests' difficulty accessing the property. The exact dates of these restrictions vary from year to year; however, it is highly recommended that you do not book this property from October 1 to April 1 if you don't have a tracked vehicle
