This beautiful new elegant 3BR half-duplex house with a private entrance and private fenced backyard is within walking distance to everything in Kitsilano, a beautiful garden-like community of Vancouver with a lively beach (4 mins by car) and vibrant shopping streets West 4th Avenue (10 min walk) and West Broadway (5 min walk), UBC (7 mins by car). The house is designed, built and managed by the owner. It is completely private, self-contained and safe. A short walk to stores or choose among several coffee shops, pubs, fast food and a variety of international cuisines in every price category.
The house is equipped with everything you might need for your stay. Each bedroom has its own full bathroom.

Beautiful spot in an excellent location

The house is spotless and very well appointed. It has everything that one would need. It is also in a great area of Vancouver -easy to walk to lots of shops and restaurants.

Fantastic space! We were three couples (one couple were seniors) and our kids were able to hang out with us comfortably during the day. Parking was easy and we were able to walk almost anywhere we needed to. Public transportation was also available. Everything was well appointed. Highly recommend!!

Great place to stay

I would thoroughly recommend this accommodation - spacious, clean and well equipped. The bedrooms were very comfortable with a large shower room for each bedroom. The residential area felt quiet and safe, but only a short walk to restaurants cafés and bus stops. Communication with our host was very good and we really enjoyed our stay.

Family vacation

The property was close to the beach a lots of restaurants. It was well equipped and the manager was quick to respond to any concerns. Our kids had plenty of room to play and run around. We would definitely stay here again!

Visiting for UBC Graduation

We had a wonderful stay at the house and enjoyed being in a quiet neighborhood close to the university, restaurants, shopping and the beach. The house had all the amenities we could ask for and is beautifully decorated and designed. The owner was very welcoming and responsive during our stay. We would highly recommend this property to future guests! Could not have asked for a better place to stay in Vancouver.

Family Vacation

Family Vacation Great find in Kitsilano. First time staying in Vancouver BC. Stayed seven nights. This is a three-story duplex with 4 bathrooms, worked well for our three-generation family, going to the third floor was a bit much for the grandparents, however the second floor has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, we stayed on the second floor with grandchildren so fun, and parents got top floor ensuite with some quiet time. The duplex is just as shown in pictures, nicely decorated, everything needed to cook a meal, within walking distance of shops, and restaurants. Thank you, Marek, for being such a great host.

Marathon Ready

We came to Vancouver to participate in our first Marathon and we wanted a house large enough to accommodate our friends / family without needing to share actual bunk beds. This home met all of our needs and could have comfortably slept 2 more. Everything was just as advertised. Walking distance to shops, bars and restaurants. Very easy to get into the city. Everything was clean and had all basic items to be able to cook meals at home. I would definitely recommend and would come back.

Beautiful home.

We needed somewhere to stay for a few days to attend our son’s UBC graduation. It was the perfect location. The campus was 10 minutes away and the rest of Vancouver was easily assessable The house was just as pictured. It was pristine and well cared for. Very comfortable for the 4 of us. Marek was extremely prompt with all communication. I highly recommend it!
