Perfectly designed for a low maintenance lifestyle with stylish appointments and wide-panelled oak flooring throughout. The spacious open-plan living area includes a study space and seamlessly flows to a sunny full-width balcony overlooking the tranquil shared garden.
With its prime location, our apartment is the ideal base for couples, friends or small families who want to enjoy Bondi's premier strip of cafes and restaurants. Explore the sand and surf just a 10 minute stroll away and take advantage of our convenient location just steps from local favourites such as Oh'Brian Café, Harris Farm, Messina Gelato, and Bill's.
This apartment features a Caesarstone kitchen with Bosch oven/cooktop and Asko dishwasher, both bedrooms equipped with built-ins, a neat fully tiled bathroom, and discreet internal laundry facilities. Enjoy a sound and thermal insulated double glazed environment with a covered parking spot for your convenience.

Other things to note
- The car parking spot is suitable for small to mid-size cars. If you have a SUV or larger it can be a little tight. Please let us know if you have a larger vehicle as we may be able to able to assist you if the spot is too tight.
- Please note the apartment is on the second floor with no lift.
- The master bedroom contains a king bed, which can be split into two singles. If you wish to have the bed split, please let us know prior to your stay.
- We have a smart tv, which you are welcome to use, with your own streaming subscriptions.
- If you require any baby amenities such as high chair, cot etc. please request at the time of booking.
