Welcome to TOP FLORIDA's Villa Magnificent! This VIP Villa is a new construction home (2023)! Villa Magnificent boasts 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, an outside kitchen, fire pit, and has been furnished to the highest standards. A fully fenced in yard lets you enjoy your vacation with your furry family member. Shopping & Dining are close by!
The pool is electric heated and has northern exposure.
This house is dog friendly, sorry no cats. There is a $100 pet fee per dog and a pet addendum to sign.
This villa features Samsung TV services.
Guests have an electric allowance of $50/week or $150/month and only pay what they use more.
A full size crib, pack-and-plays and highchairs can be rented from management as well.
