The Hammock - Beautiful waterfront 4 bedroom home with heated pool

The Hammock is a beautiful luxury waterfront 4-bedroom villa, located just by the Caloosahatchee River. Amazing views over the open water and just minutes from the famous Cape Coral yacht club beach and marina.

The villa has all the amenities you would expect from a luxury home. It has a total of 4 bedrooms, 3,5 bathrooms, a spacious living room, a lounge area, a dining area, a breakfast area, and a full kitchen.

The bedrooms are spacious; three of them with King beds and one bedroom has 2 Twin beds.
3 full bathrooms and a half bath that is conveniently accessible from the pool area.

To secure clean and fresh linen and towels for every stay, we use a professional linen company. They handle everything from a state-of-the-art facility in Fort Myers, FL and only uses top-rated Ecolab detergents and chemicals, promising pristine linens with each service.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a full-sized refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, ice-maker, etc., everything you need for a perfect vacation.
Outside there is a gas/electric BBQ grill.

The lanai/pool area has the most amazing view over the water. Here you will see dolphins and manatees EVERY day while you enjoy your morning coffee.
Beautiful pool with an infinity edge, spacious outdoor dining area, and sun beds to relax in.

Below the pool, there's a large dock where you can sit and relax, enjoy the amazing view of the water, and hopefully you will get to see dolphins, manatees and more of Florida's amazing wildlife. It is also the perfect spot to do some fishing.

The villa offers WIFI if you want to use your own computer, pad, or smartphone.
