We had a wonderful holiday week at Veronica's holiday home. The house is very large and accommodates up to 8 people. The location is perfect for all nature enthusiasts, with sheep grazing all around. Many outdoor activities are possible nearby. For example, surfing at Tra Beach towards Castlegregory, horseback riding on the beach at O'Connor's riding stable near Castlegregory, hiking at Loch a'Duin or Mont Brandon. A visit to the town of Dingle and the drive on the Slea Head Drive is also worthwhile. Nina&Philipp

Veronica met us on arrival with Homemade Scones and Jam which were delicious.she showed us around the property showing us where Electrics and Heating was controlled fromWe had a lovely time the property was comfortable and all that you needed was suppliedLovely friendly experience will definitely retur. In the futurePlease note charges for Heating and Electricity is not included in the original cost

Un accueil très chaleureux de Veronica et un cottage très confortable excellemment situé pour faire de la marche en bord de mer ou dans les mounts qui l’entourent. Il s’agissait de notre 5e séjour en Irlande et nous y retournerons.

Excellent location

Lovely house with ample, comfortable seating. Extremely well equipped kitchen. Plenty of really good restaurants a 10 - 20 min drive away. Huge golden strand just a 10 min drive - empty most of the time ! We were a family of 6 that stayed. Our host Veronica, was most friendly and attentive, thanks Veronica !

Good! Great for the Dingle area.

The house was clean and well organized. The two story layout of the house was great for us since we had two families with multiple generations. The separation of floors gave us privacy and kept us comfortable. We loved having the sheep next door. Our hostess was warm and easy-going. It felt like home.

Rêve d'Irlande

une vue magnifique entre la montagne et Fermoil Beach ... Super bien situé, le gîte offre la mer, la montagne, la campagne dans un même espace ... Dingle à un quart d'heure pour les courses et le shopping ... Du plus jeune au plus âgé de la famille, tout le monde y a trouvé son compte. Les sportifs se sont éclatés et les contemplatifs en ont pris plein les yeux ... C'était super.

Lovely Kerry

Ideal base from which to explore Kerry - beaches very close, but shop before you go as local shops thin on the ground. Fabulous views and plenty of wildlife - we had a fantastic holiday!!

Ireland as it should be

We really enjoyed our holidays on the Dingle Peninsula. We were really impressed by the amazing landscape. Our host was very welcoming and uncomplicated. Nothing was missing in the holiday home. Anyway, we were very satisfied.

Our stay at Cloghane

My girlfriend and I had a wonderful time staying at this lovely cottage. Veronica was friendly and helpful. The property was clean and well equipped. The view out the front door is postcard worthy. Our only regret was not bringing more of our friends with us- this house can comfortably accommodate 6-8 people. Look forward to staying here again.

Beautiful Irish Countryside

An amazing remote little cottage but close enough to wander off on day trips to explore southern Ireland. The views and the stars... truly breathtaking. All the amenities you need and Veronica was very sweet and helpful. Would highly recommend if you're looking for a quiet and beautiful experience on the emerald isle.

Successful holiday

Our stay in Scorid Cottage was perfect. The house was warm, extremely well stocked and well positioned for touring. We will always remember our stay as a fantastic experience. Looking forwardbti going back.

Stunning location in a very spacious and comfortable home

We received a warm welcome from Veronica who took all precautions to ensure social distancing and adhere to covid19 precautions. The house is superbly located between Dingle and Tralee and the Conor pass is breathtaking. Lots of space and all the comforts imaginable. The neighbouring sheep were an added bonus. Highly recommend!

Dingle adventure

We rented this property for it's size and proximity to Dingle where my husband was running in the Dingle half marathon. Being first timers in Ireland, we had to get over the shock of driving on the left side of roads that are 2 feet wide! This was really an adventure on Connor pass where the cottage is located! The cottage had everything we needed including a cozy fireplace. The television had poor reception but I guess that made us read more! Veronica was very hospitable. She left us some of her award-winning scones and jam, which was a real treat! All in all, a grand adventure!

schönes Ferienhaus mit toller Aussicht

Die leicht erhöhte Lage des Hauses ermöglicht eine schöne Aussicht auf das Meer und die umliegenden Hügel. Die Räumlichkeiten sind zwar nicht luxuriös, enorm groß oder gar modern, aber mit vier Bädern und einer cleveren Aufteilung ist das Haus durchaus für 7-8 Personen zu bewohnen. Veronica ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit und das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist einfach top.

Situation exceptionnelle pour un séjour dans le Kerry au VERT ...

Cette maison est située idéalement. A une douzaine de km de Dingle, vue sur les bocages et la mer au loin, une véritable carte postale !!!. Ce cottage permet de visiter la péninsule très facilement et de passer d'agréables soirées car elle comporte tout le confort dans un univers cosy. Accueil excellent de la part de Véronica et de son mari qui se coupent en quatre pour vous faciliter le séjour. Nous étions deux couples et n'occupions pas toutes les pièces car cette maison est très spacieuse. Quelques petits points a revoir: La literie a un peu vécu et mériterait d'être changée. Ne pas oublier que les frais d'électricité et d'eau ne sont pas compris. A part celà tout a été parfait. Nous sommes convaincus que nous reviendrons. Merci à Veronica et Michael et vive l'Irlande !

Great location

Quaint cottage near the Connor Pass. Beautiful views of the mountains and ocean. Easy access to Dingle, Slea Head Loop, and Ring of Kerry. We loved staying in this quiet location. There is a little hike to a lake nearby which was beautiful. Micheal and Veronica were so kind and had a fire laid so we could stay warm on cold nights.

Wonderful

The home was as advertised. Everything was clean, comfortable and well equipped. We were two couples and the layout afforded plenty of space and privacy. The owner, Veronica,met us upon arrival and was a pleasure to chat with. We cooked several meals at the home as well eating out at the friendly little pub(O’Connors) in the little town of Cloghane.
