グランドアトランティックオーシャンリゾートに位置するこの美しく装飾された5階、1800平方フィートのコンドミニアムには、最大16名が宿泊できる広々としたベッドルームがあります。 毎週のレンタルは土曜日から土曜日まで行われ、チェックインは午後3時、チェックアウトは午前9時です。

オーシャンフロントのマスターベッドルームには、専用バスルーム付きのキングサイズベッドがあります。 ベッドルーム＃2は気まぐれに「マーメイドルーム」と呼ばれ、（2）フルサイズのベッドと共用バスルームがあります。 ベッドルーム＃3の「サーフルーム」には、クイーンサイズのベッド（2）があり、ホールの共有バスを利用します。 4番目のベッドルームは広々としたロックアウトユニットで、（2）クイーンサイズベッド、プライベートバス、サイドオーシャンビューの小さなバルコニー、ミニ冷蔵庫、電子レンジが備わっています。 リビングルームには、睡眠ソファもあります。 さらに、幼児や幼児と一緒に旅行するパーティーには「パック＆プレイ」が提供されます。

すべての寝具は、清掃とリネンの料金に加えて、ふわふわの大きなバスタオル、ハンドタオル、手ぬぐいの十分な供給に含まれています。 タオルとリネンの毎日の補充は提供されていません。
プールエリアにはタオルがありますが、ビーチタオルはありません。 タオルは清掃会社の所有物であるため、コンドミニアムからタオルを外さないでください。

新しいフルサイズの洗濯機/乾燥機（2019年4月に設置）は、滞在中に何かを洗濯する必要がある場合に便利です。 HE（高効率）洗剤のみを使用し、乾燥機の前面にある指示に従ってください。

キッチンには、ブレンダー、クロックポット、ナイフセット、スパイス、大勢の人のために調理する大きな電気グリドル/フライパンなど、簡単に調理できるすべてのアメニティを備えた花崗岩のカウンターが備わっています！

リゾートはビーチ沿いにあり、屋内および屋外プール、子供用プール、流れるプール、ホットタブ、フィットネスセンター、ゲームルーム、コンビニエンスストア、サンドイッチショップがあります。 多くのマートルビーチのアトラクションが徒歩圏内にあります。 そしてもちろん、マートルビーチは数多くの素晴らしいゴルフコースで知られているので、ここにいる間、1〜2ラウンド楽しんでください！

食料品店（新しいウォルマートビレッジマーケットはすぐ近くにあります）、ウォーターパーク、ミニチュアゴルフ、多数のレストラン、映画館、テーマパーク、コースタルグランドモール、マーケットコモンズに便利な立地です。

5階の駐車ガレージがドアからすぐの距離にあるため、荷物の出し入れが簡単です。 駐車ガレージの車高制限は6'8 "で、大型車は21番街の1/2ブロック下のオーバーフローロットに駐車する必要があります。 （2）ガレージ用のパーキングパスと（1）オーバーフローロット用のパスがあります。

借受人は25歳以上で、写真付き身分証明書が必要です。 第三者の賃借人または当事者は許可されていません。 ペットは許可されていません。

This spot did not disappoint. What a wonderful family mini vacation. The unit was clean, beautifully decorated and stocked well with lots of extras like toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, spices for cooking and even coffee. The pools are heated (even the outdoor pool) and the unit is close to many restaurants and shopping. Thanks for a great stay!

The unit was just as described. It was a great space for our family with beautiful views and great decor. Kathy was always very responsive to any questions we had along the way. Our three kids loved the location right on the beach and the quick drive to the amusement parks for the evening.

Wonderful condo for our large family.

This condo had four bedrooms with the exact configuration we needed for our 10 family members. The 5th floor view of the beach was wonderful. I could hear the waves as I fell asleep each evening and heard them as I awoke each morning. The entire condo was very clean and tastefully decorated. The beds were comfy, and there were lots of towels for each bathroom. The open kitchen/living room was the perfect place for all of us to gather each evening. We did a lot of cooking in the condo; the kitchen was nicely stocked, and the fridge was spacious. We did run out of paper towels and trash bags, but like I said, we did a lot of cooking and there were 10 of us with two small children, so it was expected. The area was relatively quiet with a short drive to the boardwalk and piers. The parking garage was attached, and parking spots were literally steps away from the condo. Kathy was very responsive to any questions and was very considerate as she kept us updated on the pool renovation. We will definitely book with Kathy again if we ever return with the entire crew.

BEACH BLAST

THE PLACE WAS WONDERFUL AND KATHY WAS VERY GOOD AT COMMUNICATING WITH US. WE WERE IN TOWN FOR A BASEBALL TOURNAMENT AND THE ACCOMODATIONS WERE EXCEPTIONAL. RIGHT ON THE BEACH AND VERY CLOSE TO ALL THE ATRACTIONS. WE WILL DEFINITLEY LOOK THIS PROPERTY UP FOR OUR NEXT STAY IN MYRTLE BEACH.

The location is perfect, of course, but it was made even better by having such a beautiful place to stay. Everything was perfect and matched exactly what you see in the photographs. The communication was great as well. Kathy is very knowledgeable and polite and goes above and beyond to support her guests. Highly recommend.

We came with our family from WI. 3 couples and 3 grandchildren. It was perfect for our family of 9. Each family had their own bedroom and bath. The condo was as nice as the pictures show and spotless! We spent every morning watching the sun rise andspotted dolphins twice. The location is perfect! Just minutes to Everything! Between hanging out on the beach or site seeing we never had time to use the indoor pools. The outdoor pool was getting a face lift. I'll bet when its done it will be gorgeous. We all had the best time and we definitely will be going back. Thank you Kathy for responding to every text so quickly and for being so accommodating!! Broadway is fantastic! Close to Everything!

Spectacular

From first contact with Kathy(owner) I was impressed. Kathy had informed me of work in the pool area as we had 2 children going on this full family vacation. Unfortunately it was not completed but we both continued ongoing updates. From many VRBO experiences Kathy was definitely my favorite of owners. Now for the room itself. Both of my daughters as well as my wife said that it was spectacular. Very clean and organized. Nice to have extras in the kitchen as to not having to buy spices, coffee, filters and a full array of knives. Beds were comfortable. View from comfortable couch in sitting area was beautiful. The breakfast bar on the balcony was great. Wife and I stayed in the back room which was a great move as we had a large spacious room with our own balcony. Private bathroom, bar fridge and coffee maker. We would definitely revisit. Thank you Kathy for being a wonderful host

Ladies Get Away

Five of us spent 3 nights at the condo and it was wonderful! The place was clean, well stocked and beautifully decorated. The beds were very comfortable and the view was outstanding. The check in and check out process was so easy and communication with the owner was great. One of our ladies left a few items behind and the owner sent them to her. We would definitely stay here again!

Myrtle Beach Family vacation

The property is very well maintained and a great place to stay. It looks just like the online pictures, and was clean and very nicely decorated. My grandkids and the rest of my family loved it there and didn’t want to leave.

Exceeded Expectations

This unit was perfect for our family. I’m very picky when it comes to rental property and arrive armed with my own cleaning supplies because rarely a place is clean enough for me. Not the case here, the place was spotless. It was beautifully decorated and showed no signs of wear. The kitchen was well stocked with ample counter space. I do wish there had been a Keurig, but not a deal breaker. All the beds were comfortable and there were plenty of big white fluffy towels. Parking on the fifth floor of the parking garage was very convenient and spaces were always available. The resort property felt secure and clean. The kids enjoyed the pools and pool towels on site was a nice perk. Location was perfect. We could drive anywhere in 15 minutes or just walk to a nearby market, ice cream, putt putt, shopping and restaurants. We had a great week and rebooked for next year before leaving. Communication with Kathy was thorough and flawless. In 16 years of Myrtle Beach vacations, this is the first time we have rebooked! Already Myrtle Beach dreaming about next year.

Perfect vacation

My family and I had the BEST vacation. Kathy’s condo was amazing. It was very clean and decorated beautifully. There was ample space! We were a group of 8 and never felt crowded…….AND THAT VIEW. Condo is on fifth level. Oceanfront balcony allowed us to continuously enjoy the ocean. The amenities are insane. Best hot tub I’ve ever been in. You will not be disappointed in this property. Thanks, Kathy, for allowing us to stay in your home!

George (a retired electrician) and Kathy (a retired artist) were blessed to fulfill a life long dream of owning our own oceanfront "home away from home".

We have 3 grown children and 5 grandchildren that we just adore. (This is George and I with all of our Grandchildren). Family was my driving force to want that special, oceanfront home where we could continue to make precious family memories.

After 3 years of searching, we found unit 501-2 and purchased it in June of 2016. It's a corner unit and was spacious enough for our family of 13. An added bonus is that It was at just the right elevation (5th floor), not too high as to be scary but not too low to be subject to excessive noise. Perfect elevation to watch the dolphins and pelicans or to just see people enjoying the beach!

We have spent this last few years updating furniture and draperies to put our own personal touch to it. Feeling less like a hotel room and more like an apartment, we will continue to make updates throughout the coming years so check back often to see what's been done.

Loving to cook, I have taken extra care to provide "must-haves" in the kitchen. Stainless salad/mixing bowls, sharp knives, better pans, large griddle/fry pan, spice rack, wine opener, 4 slice toaster and coffee maker. But if there is something additional you would like to see in the kitchen, please feel free to let me know. I aim to make your stay most enjoyable.

The parking is so convenient since the parking garage (which only goes to the 6th floor) is steps away from the condo. It allows for easy load-in and load-out. Please note that vehicles over 6'7" in height will not fit in the garage and must park in the overflow lot 1/2 block away.

The location of our condo is just perfect. It's close enough to family attractions (Sky-Wheel, Family Kingdom Amusement Park, The Pavilion, etc.) yet far enough to be relaxing.

George and I, as well as our son and son-in-law, all love to golf so this unit is the perfect home base to enjoy the multitude of courses nearby.

But I have to say that my favorite feature is the view. Being oceanfront, even on a rainy day, the views are still beautiful. But oh... on those sunny days? the color of the ocean is magnificent!
