After 3 years of searching, we found unit 501-2 and purchased it in June of 2016. It's a corner unit and was spacious enough for our family of 13. An added bonus is that It was at just the right elevation (5th floor), not too high as to be scary but not too low to be subject to excessive noise. Perfect elevation to watch the dolphins and pelicans or to just see people enjoying the beach!
We have spent this last few years updating furniture and draperies to put our own personal touch to it. Feeling less like a hotel room and more like an apartment, we will continue to make updates throughout the coming years so check back often to see what's been done.
Loving to cook, I have taken extra care to provide "must-haves" in the kitchen. Stainless salad/mixing bowls, sharp knives, better pans, large griddle/fry pan, spice rack, wine opener, 4 slice toaster and coffee maker. But if there is something additional you would like to see in the kitchen, please feel free to let me know. I aim to make your stay most enjoyable.
The parking is so convenient since the parking garage (which only goes to the 6th floor) is steps away from the condo. It allows for easy load-in and load-out. Please note that vehicles over 6'7" in height will not fit in the garage and must park in the overflow lot 1/2 block away.
