Main Level: 2 king bedrooms with ensuite baths (one is handicap-friendly), open living room with plush seating, fully equipped kitchen, and walk-out deck with hot tub.
Upper Level: 1 king bedroom plus a game-room bedroom (bunk + twin trifold), each with ensuite bath. Washer & dryer conveniently upstairs.
Extra Sleeping: Two full-size trifold memory foam mattresses for additional guests.

Need more space? We also rent the 5-bedroom home across from the indoor pool, ideal for larger groups.

For boat or trailer storage, we suggest Parkside Storage. Parkside Storage is located at 172 Parkside Storage Road, Hollister, MO 65672, which is located just between Branson Cove and State Park Marina. The owner’s name is Mike. Payment is based on the honor system of $5.00 per day. Complete the necessary form located on site and leave the fee in the designated container. If you have any questions the phone number is can be provided after booking.

-*Pets CONSIDERED. We are dog friendly, but must be agreed on prior to booking, so please ASK FIRST about bringing your dog along BEFORE BOOKING! DO NOT INSTANT BOOK WITHOUT DISCUSSING YOUR PET IN DETAIL WITH ME FIRST TO SEE IF IT MEETS OUR REQUIREMENTS!!! We consider 1 SMALL (<40lbs), ADULT, LOW SHEDDING dog. Pets must be completely house trained, are not allowed on furniture or beds, must be kenneled while you are away, leashed and picked up after outside, and current on flea and tic treatment. There is a $25 per night non refundable pet fee.

1 twin and 2 full trifold memory foam mattresses for extra sleeping which can be set up in the living room and bunk room

We do ask the following check out procedures be followed-these are standard for the area and are not included in the cleaning fee:
-Heat at 60 degrees, or A/C left on at 75 degrees. Please leave A/C running at 70 degrees during the summer months-June through August.
-Remove garbage bags from each bathroom and kitchen. All trash is to be collected and taken to the dumpsters.
-Soiled dishes are placed in the dishwasher and dishwasher started.
-Make sure ALL windows, doors, and sliders are closed and locked.
-(Optional) Please start one load of towels if you have time. You just need to start the washing machine. Our cleaning crew will transfer the load to
the dryer. This helps the cleaning crew so much in getting the laundry completed in time for the next guest.
-Take one final look around for forgotten items-cell phone chargers, etc.
-Please make sure all remotes are returned to the designated room.
