The Space:
You'll be staying in this gorgeous apartment in one of Dubai's most desirable neighborhoods. This apartment is designed to make you feel welcome and relaxed from the moment you walk in.
The living room is furnished to meet your standard and filled with eclectic pieces of interior to create a cozy & homely ambiance. Sit back and relax on the spacious & comfortable gray couch (which can be transformed into a sofa bed) that has plenty of room for your entire group while you enjoy your favorite shows on the flat-screen HDTV. A lovely rectangular marble coffee table, plush carpet, wall art, and beautiful hanging lights complete this incredibly relaxing space. A serene plant is perfectly placed in the corner next to the TV.
Right next to it is the dining area, which is truly enticing with its elegant round marble dining table paired with 4 stylish upholstered dining chairs. Prepare your meals with ease as the kitchen is spacious and equipped with all the necessary kitchenware, making cooking even more enjoyable.
Make your way to the bedroom and end your day by sinking into a comfortable queen-sized bed with a cozy mattress, luxurious linens, and soft pillows. The room is finished with a soft carpet, bedside table with lamp, and a stylish floor lamp, and 2 charming pendant lights. A beautiful vanity area is provided in the corner of the bedroom to add a touch of luxury to your stay!
We haven't forgotten about the bathroom essentials, as the bathrooms are stocked with fluffy towels and all the necessary toiletries you may need! A welcome pack is also provided upon your arrival!
Step out onto the balcony from the living area and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere of the community and the surrounding area, you could even have a glimpse of the sea. The balcony is furnished with outdoor seating for you to relax and enjoy whether it's day or night.

The Neighborhood:
Dubai Marina is the ideal tourist or business destination. It is one of the premium spots in Dubai where visitors usually frolic in to explore the many places to be in Dubai. This is also known for the JBR Beach, Dubai Marina Mall full of luxury brands, high-end yacht cruises, and even an amazing nightlife. Aside from this, Dubai Marina is known for being a waterfront community that attracts a lot of people who like walking along the marina that is packed with restaurants and cafes.
The man-made marina is a home for various activities that visitors can enjoy like skydiving and jet-skiing. Dubai Marina is full of entertainment, dining choices, and leisure facilities.
With many choices that the Dubai Marina lay on the table for you to enjoy, you will find that living here for a vacation is such a breath of fresh air.
Getting Around:
The parking is available upon request if you have your own ride. Taxis, on the other hand, are parked just downstairs to take you anywhere in Dubai. Uber and Careem are also options for hailing a taxi.
If you enjoy long walks and would like to explore the rest of Dubai through a train or tram, the nearest tram station and metro station are only five minutes away on foot. You can get on a tram if you want to go around the JBR or you can go to the nearest metro station (DMCC Metro Station) if you fancy going around Dubai on your own.
Other Things to Note:
House rules include being respectful of the neighbours, Dubai laws and regulations, and the furniture. Please no parties. Smoking on the balcony only.
This apartment is fully licensed with Dubai's Economy and Tourism Department (DET).
