The view is outstanding. This is our third time here. However there is a window screen missing in the upstairs window and the toilet paper holder in the upstairs bathroom is broken. Also, the supports for the balcony looking like they are getting pretty worn.

Thanks for letting us know there are a couple of items that need attention. We always like to hear about them. The balcony, along with the rest of the house, is inspected annually by the county health department, and the balustrades have been narrowed to meet current code. We'll take another look of course, since safety is so important.

Great Location

Great views. Easy access and great walking beach with classic Bandon rock formations is right in front of the house. Simple walk to all of the old town restaurants.

The house is very comfortable and cozy. Stunning views of the ocean from the second floor/main floor of the house with a very easy short walk to the public beach access.
