Fully insulated, cozy 2-bdrm suite cared for by Inclusively Home Ltd.

This fully insulated, fully stocked, 2 bedroom suite provides guests the perfect place to unwind, whether staying for a short or long time. The space is so well stocked and beautifully furnished that guests will forget they are in a basement suite! Come relax at Sojourn on Marleau.

Please note that the lounge furniture & BBQ are seasonal items and will be unavailable for guest use from October-Spring. A small table & chair set will be available year round.

The Space
Guests will have two dedicated parking spaces in the driveway. Entering the suite, guests will head down the stairs where they will be able to sit down, take off their shoes, and hang up their jackets. Entering the living space, guests will find a dining area with 4 spaces, a living area with a sectional sofa, that doubles as a pull-out bed, and fold up coffee table (great for working on the sofa or enjoying a TV dinner!), and a spacious, well-stocked kitchen equipped with a coffee bar! Guests can then access the stylish 4-piece bathroom, laundry room, and two bedrooms that are both equipped with queen beds and high-quality bedding. Being fully insulated, stylishly furnished, and well-stocked, guests will feel truly at home.

Came up to PG from the lower mainland to visit my daughter. Traveled with my teenage son and my dog. Great communication with owner, check in was smooth. We could have walked in with nothing, as there was absolutely everything one could need.Very clean, well stocked, comfy beds and sitting areas. Great outdoor area to sit and visit day ir evening. Would stay again for sure!!

Our stay was excellent! The space was beautifully decorated, practical and well stocked. We appreciated the many add ons offered like coffee pods, condiments and snacks. We would definitely consider rebooking in future.

Wonderful property with the added benefit of all needed amenities nearby. Extremely well appointed and stocked. Stairs leading into the basement suit could be a challenge to someone with mobility issues.

Perfect little getaway

What an incredible space! As soon as you walk in, you’re met with a beautifully decorated entryway that leads to a clean, welcoming and truly comfortable suite. Everything was so well thought out and accessible. Everywhere you look you’re met with something special. Communication with the host was wonderful, the location is great, lots of amenities nearby, it was quiet and everything we could have hoped for. We will definitely be booking here again for our next stay in Prince George.

We came to PG to search for my daughter’s wedding dress! Not only did she say yes to the dress but we all said yes to our stay at our VRBO. It was beautiful and soooo clean! It had all the comforts of home and more! I highly recommend this property to others!

Beautiful cozy, super clean suite!

My mom, sister and I stayed in this suite for two nights, everything about the check in and out was easy. If you like the WOW factor this suite is for you! The suite was as beautiful, comfortable, clean and cozy as the pictures show! The location is excellent as it’s situated in a brand new quiet neighborhood, but minutes from shops, restaurants and major highways. We absolutely loved our stay and highly recommend this suite! AHHMAZING!!!! Would change nothing!

We booked last minute and we’re VERY fortunate to stay in this beautiful suite. Clean?! CHECK! Comfortable?! CHECK! Well situated?! CHECK! Fully stocked?!? CHECK!!!! I cannot say enough about this lovely suite! We were only there overnight and wished we could’ve stayed longer!!!!! Beautiful VRBO and appears professionally decorated and they have thought of everything! You won’t be disappointed!

Comfortable home base

I stayed for 6 nights while visiting friends in Prince George. The suite is as pictured. The owners are very kind and have tried to think of everything their guests might need. The suite is in one of the newer areas of the city and about 5 minutes away from a grocery store. Downtown is about 15 - 20 minutes away, easy access. The property manager, Mack, is an excellent communicator. From check in to departure, everything was easy. The only caution I would give is that if you have any mobility issues (as I recently did), there is a flight of stairs and a deep bathtub you might think about. A couple of months ago, the stairs and bath would have been very challenging and maybe not possible for me. This is a 5* + accommodation. I hope to return next year. Thank you!

I was born and raised in Whitehorse, Yukon, and grew up constantly travelling around. Later in life, I moved to Vancouver, BC, where I stayed for 6 years before moving to Prince George! I bought my first house here in 2022 and decided to turn it into a short-term rental property. After furnishing, decorating, and hosting my first guests, I realized that I had a passion for bing a good host and creating inclusive, comfortable spaces for guests to enjoy. I began offering consultation for other homeowners and now help many homeowners through BC create amazing short-term rentals and take care of their guests.
