Welcome to your budget-friendly bougie 2-bedroom, 1-bath getaway — where the towels are fluffy, the coffee’s always flowing, and the vibes are chef’s kiss.

Nestled in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood (the kind where people wave but don’t talk too much), we’re just 5km from everything worth doing in PG. Shopping, trails, food — boom, you’re close to it all.

Need to sleep in until 10am? Say less. We’ll tiptoe like caffeinated ninjas.

Want extra quiet? We’ll do our best — unless the toddler next door starts his 6am tap dance. Kidding.

House rules? Yep, we’ve got a few:
• No smoking or vaping indoors or near doors, windows, vents, or cars. Not even if it’s “just one puff.”
• No unregistered guests. Not even your friend “who’s basically invisible.”
• Damage deposit required. Returned after checkout — unless you redecorate with spaghetti or turn the towel rack into a chin-up bar.

Bonus: We provide laundry, dishes, blankets, paper towel, TP, Keurig, tea, all of it. All you need to bring is your suitcase and your best behavior.

Loved the night lights throughout, thanks for the old school coffee pot. Host were available and actively responsive to our questions yet maintained our privacy. Highly recommend for a stay in PG.

The suite is very clean and has everything you need. Stayed here multiple times and would recommend it. Very close to Costco and other shopping places. Host is very response to your questions.

Great place!

We found this suite to be lovely, clean, modern, and overall welcoming. The location was perfect for our needs. Everything in the apartment was like new and Terra's little tasteful touches made it very comfortable. Terra was very responsive when we had a question. We would definitely recommend staying here.

Home away from home...

This lovely self contained two bedroom with the yard out the back door in this walkable part of Prince George offers a great home away from home. I enjoy the independence this property offers me. Hosts are wonderfully responsive. I look forward to returning.

Fantastic place to stay

We stayed 3 nights, while visiting with our son, who lives in the area. Location was great, very close to Costco! The VRBO was clean, comfortable and spacious. Full kitchen was a great asset, fully stocked with everything needed, including spices, and pots and pans, kitchen appliances, etc. We cooked breakfast and dinner. Having laundry facilities and dishwasher was wonderful.I can't say enough about our wonderful hostess Terra! We were able to communicate easily and frequently with Terra re: access (which was so easy), VRBO supplies and ALL our needs. I've stayed at many VRBOs and Air B&Bs. I've never had a host who was so responsive and concerned that everything we wanted was available! I can't recommend this VRBO highly enough. Although we never utilized the Atari system that was there, my son was impressed with the cordless controls.Terra also kindly provided a variety of snacks, which were greatly appreciated by all of us. Thanks so much Terra! We will happily stay with you the next time we come to PG! :)

Clean, quiet, and cozy!

Terra was a great host. The unit was lovely. Terra was quick to resolve entry issues and even went above and beyond by changing the locks when I had issues entering the unit. This improved the quality of my stay.

Fantastic Suit

My mom and i have stayed here twice as ive had to go to PG for medical. The location is fantastic, just a walk to costco, and a short drive to the Pine centre mall. The host is fabulous. She goes above and beyond for her guests. The suit is very clean, very well stocked with cooking supplies and coffee.. the beds are comfortable.. there is a small living room area with a smart TV which is cozy and relaxing. We will be staying here every time we go to PG as long as its available!! If i could give more stars i would!!

As someone who spends a lot of time on the road staying in hotels, I know how frustrating it can be to overpay for a stay that’s noisy, impersonal, or lacking the basics. That’s why I created this space — to offer something better for travelers coming to Prince George.

I’ve designed this home to be clean, cozy, and fully stocked with everything you need — from towels and dishes to laundry and even a few thoughtful extras. My goal is to make your stay feel like home, not just a place to sleep.

I keep my rates low because I genuinely want to offer great value. If you compare what you get here to a hotel at twice or even three times the price, I think you’ll feel the difference.

I’m always open to feedback and suggestions for how to improve your stay. I just ask that communication remain respectful and constructive. If something isn’t working for you, I’ll do my best to make it right.
