The Space:

Welcome to our stylish and spacious 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment located in the heart of East Perth, within the Mantra Hotel. This modern apartment offers the perfect blend of comfort and convenience, ideal for both business and leisure travelers. The open-plan living and dining area is tastefully furnished, providing a welcoming space to relax, while the fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare meals with ease. Train: East Perth Train Station is just a short walk away from the apartment. The station is on the Armadale Line, Fremantle Line, and Midland Line, so you’ll have easy access to key areas across Perth, including the CBD, Fremantle, Subiaco, and more. It's perfect for day trips or longer stays.

Bus: There are several bus stops along Hay Street and in the surrounding area, so you'll have quick access to local buses that take you into the CBD, Northbridge, and other nearby suburbs.

Free CAT Buses: Perth offers free CAT (Central Area Transit) buses that loop around the city, including East Perth, Northbridge, and the CBD. They’re a convenient and eco-friendly way to explore the city center without worrying about fares. The free bus service is particularly helpful for getting around during the day.

-Before your stay, guests are required to complete an ID verification and pay a damage deposit of 250AUD through our secure external system, "Safeguest".

-Please note that only physical IDs (such as driver's license or passport) are accepted - digital IDs are not valid.

-Damage deposit is fully refundable after check out, provided no damages are reported.

-The guest needs to take a photo of their ID and photo of their face thru Safeguest.

We enjoyed our stay, waking distance of shops, cafes and restaurants. Very clean.Only minor negative was the spare roll out beds very uncomfortable.

Size of the apartment was very pleasing. All the facilities that you need. Location was not as "central" as we had anticipated. A little more attention to detail within the apartment probably needed to justify the tariff.
