We had an amazing stay! We all kept saying how it was one of the most well-stocked rental homes we’ve ever stayed in. Very welcoming with little “how-to” notes (eg. tv remote tips), robes/towels for the hot tub, SO many kitchen necessities, nice outdoor amenities and great communication from Renee! We had a great time and would absolutely stay again! Our only recommendations are: 1) the fire pit had quite a bit of ash in it, which didn’t allow for a bigger fire to keep as warm, but was an easy fix and 2) we wish there was at least one more cookie sheet, but again we made do and it was fine! Tips for future guests: we weren’t sure exactly what things we’d need for food, so we brought flour, coffee, a crockpot, things that aren’t typically in a normal rental house and we also brought cards and a bunch of board games. But again, this one had it all covered! So maybe double check before you pack it all because they may already have it here!

Quiet Cabin in the Woods

I made some of the best memories this weekend in this cabin. We cooked and ate tons of food, relaxed in the hot tub and for once actually put our phones down.

Great Weekend Getaway

My teacher friends and I booked this cabin for a much needed getaway! It was very clean, quiet and spacious! We made homemade pizzas and candles, and played games. Easy check in and check out instructions. We are considering booking it as an annual trip! We loved the cabin in the woods!

Nice Secluded Cabin

Weekend away with family. Cabin had everything we needed to enjoy our time together. Back in the woods, away from everything. Enjoyed campfires outside and used the hot tub. Great place to get away and be with family or friends. We did venture out one day and explored Spring Mill State Park.

Worth every penny

The cabin was perfect, the rooms were perfect, the decor was amazing. There was the perfect amount of seclusion and was close enough to a few convenient stores and spring mill state park. The only thing I would mention is if you are particular about your cooking utensils, spices/herbs, or cutting boards, pack all your home favorites. From what I can remember, there was one tiny cutting board, two knives (one bread knife, one serrated chef’s knife), and one cookie sheet. I’m not complaining, I just want people to know what to pack if you love cooking like I do.

Wonderful Stay

The house is just as it appears in the pictures. Very cozy and filled with everything you need for a game night or a night in. I felt like I was in the mountains of Colorado. Would definitely come back!

Cabin in the woods

Beautiful place. You would be very lucky to stay here during the summer and fall months, as the property is surrounded by trees and nature. I love the front porch and wish we could have enjoyed it more but there was an unfortunate cold snap of 16 degrees while we were there. Rooms were spacious and beds were comfortable. Automatic air fresheners are through out the house. We would have loved to use the wood burning stove/heater, but there were no instructions, so we were not sure if it was allowed. The temperature in the house was fine, so it would be more for the experience than anything. Check out Spring Mill State Park- it is beautiful. Thank you for the nice stay.
