4 bedroom, three bathroom condo that is situated directly on the beach. A large private patio is shaded and offers gorgeous ocean views for whale sightings, dolphins, and incredible sunsets. You will make friends quickly at this welcoming resort and impromptu cocktail sunset parties are the normal occurrence. Start the morning with a sunrise beach walk, or workout in the fully equipped gym or possibly a game of tennis or pickleball then possibly a coffee on the deck. Maybe pool exercises or yoga or a game of ping pong or corn hole. Sip on a cool beverage from the swim up bar. There are many beaches to day trip to and many different restaurants and areas in town to go see and eat at. Oaxaca is a food and sun lover’s paradise. There is an on-site restaurant if you don’t feel like cooking in a fully equipped kitchen. We are located about 15 minutes out of town from Chila and 25 from Puerto Escondido. Be sure to speak with other owners at the resort for recommendations and suggestions, this is a great community. The resort is a no smoking resort although a couple of designated spots are available. We do not allow smoking in our condo or on our deck. This location is easily one of the best values for your vacation dollars, once you vacation in a spacious condo it will be hard to go back to a hotel room. The water temperature is the warmest in Mexico, we have one of the safest and cleanest areas in Mexico. Lowest hurricane risks, and the most consistent weather. If you enjoy the sun and sand this is your paradise. Visit the famous Zicatela beach and watch the surfers or tackle the 169 stairs to Carrizalillo, an awesome beach with a gorgeous view. Laguna Manialtipec is close by so take in the Phosphorescence at night or a morning bird watching tour. Try horseback riding to the hot springs , or other day trips to near by beaches or surfing spots.
