More than enough room for your family including parents/in-laws even more than one family. 4 Bedrooms (1 King bed, 1 queen, 2 doubles, plus 1 pull out sofa (queen size) and 1 pull out love seat sofa (double size)). sleeps 12 comfortably. 3 full bathrooms no need to wait for a shower!
Master bedroom is huge with a king bed, gas fireplace and secluded on its own to the second floor with ensuite and walk-in closet.
5-7 min walk to Beach 3 and if you need to walk your furry friend its also same distance to the dog beach.

Great stay

Had a great stay. Location was a short walk to the beach, very spacious home, and had everything we needed. The AC was great, layout of the property was very nice, never felt crowded or uncomfortable. Large backyard, nice firepit area, and several bathrooms & showers. We really enjoyed ourselves.

Family getaway

A great Cottage for a big group, about a ten minute walking distance to beach 3, and close to shops. The place is really clean and is equipped with everything needed.

2 nights stay

Ample space for 3 couples and 1 toddler. The weather was cooler than normal for mid August. We made a fire on the fire pit which was nice. King bed was very comfortable. Short walk to beach.

Property wasn’t ready when we arrived because of previous guests. Some items were broken. Overall we had enough room and enjoyed the stay.

A welcomed getaway

We found the house to be spacious, airy, and welcoming. Full amenities provided, we fully appreciated the 3 separate bathrooms and showers. Provided washer and dryer allowed for less packing as we were able to wash and go as required. The kids fully enjoyed the fire pit, roasting marshmallows and hotdogs. The gaming room was a welcomed surprise. All in all a very pleasant experience.

Pleasant and cozy space for family and friends

The place is walking distance from the beach with nearby stores down the road. Patio was great for family barbecues. The house is cozy. Having 3 rooms adjacent to the living room, we enjoyed having a movie night. The picture makes the house seem small but it was a lot more spacious to accommodate our family and friends for our Thanksgiving celebration. Will definitely book again for Wasaga activities

L'emplacement est super et Marc est gentil et répond rapidement. Malheureusement, la maison manque cruellement d'entretien et la propreté laisse à desirer. Les fenêtres sont sales, la vanité d'une des salles de bain est dénoncée, nous avons dû laver toute la vaisselle en arrivant car des restes de nourriture etaient collés dessus. Nous avons dû acheter des verres à vin (car il n'y en avait qu'un seul), des linges à vaisselles et guenilles et du papier de toilette. Comme le four n'était pas très propre, nous avons voulu utiliser le BBQ. Les visiteurs précédents avaient utilisé l'extincteur à l'intérieur et toute la poudre jaune toxique etait encore là. Rien n'avait été nettoyé. Nous avons dû le faire nous mêmes pour pouvoir cuisiner de façon securitaire. Pour le prix assez élevé, nous sommes très déçus de notre location. Mais l'endroit en vaut la peine, la plage est magnifique !
