Sleek & Chic Vibes — The Largest 2BR at Espadin LoHi

This is the biggest 2-bedroom floor plan in the building — a sleek, modern loft sleeping 9 guests on the 2nd floor of Denver's LEED Platinum certified Espadin building. The clean, contemporary design packs function into every corner without sacrificing style.

THE SPACE:
King bed in the primary bedroom, full-size bunk beds (full-over-full) with pull-out trundle in the second bedroom, and 2 Twin Rollaway beds available in the living area bring total capacity to 9. A private balcony and shared rooftop terrace with fire pit give you outdoor options above the LoHi skyline. Floor-to-ceiling windows, full kitchen, in-unit washer/dryer, high-speed WiFi.

DOG-FRIENDLY:
Up to 2 dogs welcome with $75 pet fee. Sloan's Lake is a 15-minute walk. No cats permitted.

PARKING:
Free street parking in the neighborhood. No garage for this unit.

Very good communication and welcoming. We had all we needed and the location is awesome! We had drinks on the roof next to the fire pit which was charming and overall were very comfortable

Great location. Easy and automated check-in & check-out. Loved the filtered hot & cold water dispenser. Spacious interior with nice balcony. I would have rated it 5 stars but the furniture and rugs are a bit soiled and could use a good steam cleaning or replacement.

Great stay in the Highlands

Clean, quiet and just what we needed. Very nice that coffee, dishwasher tabs were provided. Just what we needed for three days. Rooftop view was fantastic. Street parking was not an issue either. I Would stay here again.
