The iconic Alderley Arms Pub is a 5 minute walk across the road or you can catch the bus or walk to Newmarket Pub, enjoy an array of eateries, movie cinemas and supermarkets to choose from. The Olympic pool is just a leisurely stroll away and you can enjoy the BBQ facilities at the Park on a sunny day :)
Garage parking is included with a remote for your convenience.
You will love the Goose down doona in the Main bedroom, comfortable cotton sheets, the Sukin products in the bathroom with a walk in shower, enjoy great water pressure and the luxurious Sheridan towels. In the Kitchen you will find some goodies including fresh milk, bottled water, butter and many more.
