New 2 bedroom carriage house, a block from the Okanogan lake, close to downtown.

This brand new carriage house has a fully equipped kitchen. Comes with towels and beach towels. There is a washer and dryer, blow dryer for your hair and amenities in the washroom for you. Enjoy the nights out on the deck with a propane fireplace. The bedrooms all have black-out blinds and all your bedding and pillows, large closets.
I would also like to let the renters know that there is a Keurig coffee machine and I only supply 4 pods for the first morning.

Perfect stay near the Lake (5 min walk) Great outdoor space, beautiful home with comfy beds and pillows. Great location for visiting the wineries. We really enjoyed our stay and we’ll be back!

Super place and so close to the lake and downtown.Katie was wonderful to deal with and made sure everything was good for us. She checked in on the app and when we saw her on site she was lovely.

Great property with a well stocked kitchen. Easy walk to the lake, pubs and coffee shops. The place was clean and in very nice shape. Highly recommend for a friends getaway or for families.

Wow! What a location and what a place! So convenient - parking space is also great. Loved we could walk to so many places and leave the car at home. Beds were amazing and we had everything we needed. We certainly would book here again and recommend highly.

Beautiful stay at the carriage house. 1 block from the lake and multiple restaurants. The unit is fully stocked and I would not hesitate to stay there again in the future. The owner was fantastic to deal with. Highly recommended!!

The property was lovely. Very clean with lots of extras (sand toys for kids, books, games) to make things easier. We appreciated having a few groceries in the kitchen (salt, pepper, oil, spices) to help in meal preparation. It is located in a great area, one block from the beach and close to lots of good restaurants.

Very nice place. Everything in the listing was accurate. A little bit confusing to find where to park. This is a solid 4.5 but could easily be near 5 with just a few small changes. 1) The pots and pans are definitely leftovers from the homeowner and don't match the quality of the rest of the place.2) The light switch placement was very confusing. We found 3 switches that didn't seem to do anything.3) The door lock was something I gave never seen before. The deadbolt had to be set first and then it had be locked and then had to be reversed to open. It was OK once we got used to it but it could be very dangerous in an emergency evacuation scenario.The location was great, short walk to the main road along the beach and the Event Centre (our destination).Very nice stay but a bit over priced (in my opinion) To be fair, it was just 2 of us in a 2 bedroom place so maybe a group of 4 or 5 might find it to be a better value.

there were instructions at least two places inside the residence on the door locking. It is a high-end door that when you push the handle up, you engage five locks inside the door for extra security. thank you.
