On the opposite side of the home, discover your private Balinese-inspired poolside retreat. A beautifully appointed outdoor pavilion and cabana surround a resort-sized pool, bathed in sunlight throughout the day and ideal for both relaxation and family fun.

The rumpus room, located directly off the pool patio, can be transformed into a fourth bedroom by converting the sofa into a double bed (available on request). This space includes a 65-inch Smart TV with Netflix (please log in with your own account), making it a perfect spot to unwind or entertain.

Just an easy 5-minute stroll (approx. 400 metres) brings you to Sunshine Beach Village, home to award-winning dining such as Sum Yung Guys (Top 50 restaurants in Australia) and the ever-popular Fomo Café for your morning coffee fix. Wander another 2 minutes (approx. 150 metres) to reach the patrolled beach and family-friendly Surf Club.
