The happy place-Comfortable 3 bedroom home with sea views. Steps to the beach.

Welcome to our beautiful home. This 3 bedroom family holiday home is situated footsteps away from the beautiful North Beach. It's comfortable, neat and modern with all the facilities needed to spend a fun and relaxing time at the beach. Keep an eye out for the pod of dolphins that frequently swim past. Maybe you wish to relax quietly with a glass of wine and a good a book. Perhaps you prefer to head to one of the most pristine beaches to to soak up some sun, or try your hand at catching a fish to two or just sit outside and enjoy the view.
The house is situated across the road from the beach facing the sea and at night you can view the Wallaroo lights from the township to the jetty’s end. The master bedroom has a Queen sized bed and ceiling fan. Second bedroom also has a Queen bed. The third bedroom has a double bed.. The bathroom is equipped with a bath tub, shower and toilet. There is also a seperate second toilet and laundry with washing machine. It has all the ammenities you may require including wi-fi and air conditioning in the living area. The property can accomodate up to 6 people. Bring your own linen or we can supply at a cost of $60 per stay. Towels are provided.
A cleaning fee of $120 per stay is charged for all bookings which covers general cleaning after each booking. An additional $50 will be charged should the bbq be left uncleaned. We expect our guest to leave the property in a clean and tidy manner at all times.
The small community where the house is situated makes the house private, friendly, safe, and super comfortable. It's the perfect place to get away from the hustle and bustle of life. This is our “Happy Place”, perhaps it might also be yours.
It will suit couples, small families, and those looking to recharge the batteries. It's a place you will find difficult to leave! Please note this is not a party house!
