The Esplanade North Beach

The Esplanade North Beach is located in the private Riley Cove Estate. It is the perfect getaway where you can relax and enjoy a holiday with friends and family.

Built in 2010, the house has incredible beach front views from the very spacious open plan living space and master bedroom.

The house has four generous sized bedrooms (configurations found below) which sleeps a maximum of 13 guests (MAX of 10 adults). Other features include a large, well equipped kitchen, laundry with washing facilities, two separate toilets, shower and separate powder room, along with the ensuite (including large bath) for the master bedroom. The living room has a large leather lounge to sit back and relax looking out over the beach or watching some sport or movies on the TV. The front porch (easily accessed through the open living area and master bedroom) overlooks the beach - which is great for fishing off the rocks, particularly for some squid and crab. The Wallaroo jetty is also a great place to fish which is approximately a 10 minute drive, along with the sandy beaches of Wallaroo which is one of the few you can drive on. Garage unavailable, private use only.

- Strictly no pets allowed
- All bedding and linen provided
- Enclosed and safety gated rear yard
- A security camera is installed over the garage, looking out to the driveway away from the property

The house was beautifully presented and very clean. We were grateful for extra towels and comfy beds with nice bed linen. We hosted Xmas day lunch outside for 10 people and there was plenty of crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils. The views are lovely and the area presents as safe and protected.

Wonderful accommodation and location

Wonderfully comfortable accommodation in a perfect spot with direct access to the beach. Very relaxing and peaceful location and the hosts were excellent to deal with. Will definitely be back.

Great location, great house, great stay.

Fantastic place to stay, really clean and comfortable and located directly opposite the beach. Lynn was very easy and friendly to communicate with. We really enjoyed our long weekend stay.

Great family getaway

Stayed here for a family holiday and it was amazing! Very clean and great location. There was no need to bring anything as everything was supplied. Loved sitting on the front verandah in the mornings with a coffee. Will definitely book again!

Great weekend

What an amazing place. Plenty of room for everyone and really liked that linen was included and the beds were all made up when we arrived. Host was easy to reach and responded to all queries promptly. Highly recommend.
