Enjoy this tropical luxury, modern villa in the exclusive private gated community of Hacienda Pinilla.
This charming open concept villa designed with sophisticated indoor/outdoor living futures heigh ceilings and large windows. The villa is fully equipped with high end furniture and appliances. Whether its a group of friends or family this place is perfect for your next get away.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space.
This space offers 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms.
The primary master suite features a king size bed and the remaining three rooms contain a queen size bed.

A fully equipped indoor kitchen as well as an outdoor bbq and dining area.
In the backyard enjoy the sun with a comfortable terrace, sun beds, a pool, and a lounge.
Guest access:

Located within the exclusive Hacienda Pinilla private resort community, you'll also have access to amenities including: horseback riding, tennis court, 18 hole golf course, surfing and bike trails.

Your house rental agreement does not include Free access to the Hacienda Pinilla Beach Club, however as the property is located on the premises, you do have the option to purchase a day pass for $25.

Misleading Listing

This property is not at all as described in the online listing. The access to amenities is extremely limited without additional cost (that were not disclosed) and the claim that a free shuttle is provided is false. The property is 1.5 from the beach and our family found it difficult to navigate the property. The communication with the owners was very unprofessional and not at all timely. Hours were spent on the phone trying to sort out the discrepancies between how the property was described (access to JW Marriot is not included, shuttle not included, communication with the front gate for taxi and excursion access was not timely). Would not recommend this property for anyone trying to experience the beauty of Costa Rica. Very isolated location and poor communication overall.

Great New Year’s vacay

The house is brand new. Exellent location, inside a nice gated community and has almost everything you need for a perfect family vacation. The rooms were nice and comfortable. Great beds. Bathroom were spacious and with good light and ventilation. Pool area was very nice, with a terrace and a barbecue we used to grill dinner. Marie (our manager) was very attentive and quick to answer when needed. Would love to go back!
