Had a great stay at this house. The host and concierge were both there if we ever needed anything be it for the house or activities outside of the house. The view from the house up on the hill was nice as well.

This CASA is a beautiful gem in an ideal location, brand-new and exceptionally clean, featuring an amazing pool. It’s just a short stroll or drive away from shopping and SODAs. The convenience of a grocery store only five minutes away enhances the experience. The host, concierge, and cleaning staff are incredibly responsive, ensuring all our needs are met with ease. The property manager’s kindness and accommodating nature add to the charm. This truly is the best place to stay in Tamarindo! We will undoubtedly return and wholeheartedly recommend it! Pura Vida!

This was my second stay at Casa Banka, and it certainly won’t be my last! The home itself is absolutely stunning, blending modern design with beautiful natural elements. Waking up to breathtaking sunrise views and spending evenings relaxing in the infinity pool while listening to birds and monkeys in the distance made the entire experience unforgettable.The bathrooms are beautifully designed, taking a shower with a panoramic view of the entire valley is a truly unique and unforgettable experience. The kitchen is exceptionally well-equipped, with tasteful details and beautifully styled tableware that make every moment feel intentional and refined.Brian and Andrea were incredibly communicative, helped plan our adventures, and made sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. We rented a golf cart, which gave us easy access to Tamarindo Beach, as well as fantastic restaurants and shopping. There is also a local market right outside the gate, where we picked up food and drinks, and spent our evenings by the infinity pool watching the sunset over the mountains.The views are simply breathtaking. Casa Banka is not just a place to stay, it is an experience for both the eyes and the soul. I highly recommend it, as it will leave you with truly unforgettable memories.

This property is simply amazing. It is rare that the actual property is better than photos (and the photos here were amazing) but this place is even better in person than the great photos! The views are incredible, the place is amazingly clean and tidy, ample amenities, pool is perfect as well. We loved the location just outside town and easy golf cart ride with amazing grocery store and town center at the bottom of the hill. 24/7 security for safety. Then this host has Andrea as concierge and she made our stay so super easy and we got the best restaurant reservations, golf cart was at the place waiting for us and other recommendations and assistance - she was the best concierge we’ve ever had. We travel significantly and this was the most outstanding property we’ve ever stayed in. Highly recommend.

Perfect Stay – Outstanding Hosts and Prime Location

"Our stay was absolutely perfect! The communication was excellent from start to finish. The managers, Sandra and Andrea, were incredibly kind, attentive, and always ready to help. The host, Brian, was very cooperative and made everything smooth and easy. The property itself is brand new, beautifully maintained, and in a fantastic location—just five minutes from all the action. On top of that, the neighborhood is very safe and quiet, which made our stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again!"

Amazing location!

We had an absolutely fabulous time at Casa Banka! This is the first time we stayed outside of the downtown area and we are so glad we did! The views were amazing, the house was gorgeous and the Property Manager Andrea Hidalgo was Incredible! Did everything from booking our private transfers, Golf carts and anything else we needed! She also gave us some fabulous restaurant suggestions We Loved the gated entrance and the fact that the food/ liquor Market was literally right next to the entrance. Made is so easy to grab anything we needed on the way to the beach. We would 100% stay here again

5 Stars!!!This house is beautiful and nestled in a gorgeous neighborhood in the heart of Tamarindo. The gated community is very safe and is walking distance to the automercado, which is a HUGE value. We were able to find everything we needed and wanted there. Within the complex there is also a pharmacy, hair salon, nail salon and more. The concierge and property managers were caring and always attentive. My son had an allergic reaction which could have ruined our trip, but Andrea quickly responded, coordinating a home visit from the town doctor to save the day. The extra care also with housekeeping and scheduling tours helped everything go smoothly. I highly recommend this property for anyone who wants to experience the best of Tamarindo. We explored for 7 days and wouldn't have chosen any other place. We will definitely go back!

Casa Banka - A Serene Escape in Tamarindo

Nestled in the hills of Tamarindo, Casa Banka is an incredible retreat with breathtaking views from every room. Mornings begin with a refreshing plunge in the pool and coffee overlooking nature’s beauty. The home is bathed in natural light, offering a seamless blend of comfort and scenery.Set in a luxurious and inviting neighborhood, the location offers both tranquility and convenience. A short walk leads to the beach, a well-stocked local market, and fantastic restaurants. Be sure to visit the Chop House—one of Andrea’s recommendations—where the empanadas were simply amazing!Our concierge, Andrea, made our stay effortless—arranging transportation, recommending great experiences, and ensuring we had everything we needed. She organized an unforgettable day trip to Buena Vista, where our guide, Miguel, shared Costa Rican culture and wildlife, pointing out monkeys, toucans, and lush native trees. She also connected us with Sandra, a private chef whose meals were off the charts—not to mention, she was a delight to have around!Sandra, the house manager, checked in regularly, ensuring we were comfortable. Roxanne, the housekeeper, visited every other day to tidy up and refresh our laundry, making our stay even more relaxing. Like so many in Costa Rica, they were incredibly friendly and welcoming.Casa Banka isn’t just a place to stay—it’s an experience. A beautiful escape that photos can’t grasp—an album in the mind!
