BSV4454: Hosted and managed by Blue Sky Villas Luxury Vacation Rentals, this 5-bedroom, 5.5-bathroom home is in the Windsor Island Resort near Disney, shopping, and dining. This year when we arrived there were some minor issues, we sent pictures, and the property took care of it right away. I appreciate their response time, and it made me feel like they cared about making sure our stay was pleasant and enjoyable, which it was. The property team was very responsive to our needs, whenever we had a question. My family and I really enjoy the house, the amenities of the property and location, we will definitely stay here again. We are already looking to book our stay for next year.

Great home!

This home looks brand new and is spacious. It is well stocked. The hosts were generous with pool heat. The stay was perfect! The only things I would point out is that you can only access the development from the main entrance so you have to use that address to get there. Also, we were a bit surprised by how close the homes are. It ended up not being such an issue for us as the houses next door were each only occupied for one night of our stay.

Girls trip

Kitchen was stocked well with cooking pans, plates, utensils but it would have been nice to have a few staples like foil plastic bags etc. also, one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom for 7 nights is not enough. Maybe gage the allotment of supplies to the length of the stay?House worked great for us and management company was always available. Would come back.

5 Star home, 2 Star resort

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I can't say enough good things about the experience with renting through Blue Sky Villas. They were courteous over the phone, very responsive to my texts, and thorough and organized through the whole rental process. The home was absolutely clean, beautiful, well-stocked and in great condition. Definitely a 5-star experienceWith Blue Sky Villas and the home. Where we were dissatisfied is with the Windsor Island Resort. The night we checked in at 1:00 in the morning, there was an argument going onbetween the security guards and 4 young individuals. Instead of promptly checking us in at the gate (it was very late and we had two exhausted kids from traveling), theTwo guards prioritized the teenagers and ignored us. Once we made it through the gates, the streets were packed with parked cars. This was over a holiday weekend; however, cars were parked along the streets, in the grass on front lawns (despite signssaying not to park on grass), and blockingSidewalks (which is illegal). At times, theRoads were impassable due to the number ofcars. This overcrowding meant long lines andchaos ar the security gates if you left theResort. Our longest wait was 30 minutes to enter the resort after running to Publix forgroceries. There are two lanes, one for guests checking-in and another for guests who already have their parking paper, but it's no one knew which lane they need and both lanes were blocked as cars try to turnOff the main road. Beyond the car congestion, the pool area is beautiful if you can overlook how dirty the tables and lounge chairs are. We had very minimal interaction with resort staff during our one week stay; however, the interactions with the staff at the clubhouse were less than pleasant. The same staff member helped me aFew times and she was extremely rude. Overall, I would definitely rent from Blue Sky again, but at a different resort.

The set up worked perfect for our family. Above all else Blue Sky Villas was wonderful to work with. From the time I booked 8 months in advance they were so prompt and helpful with any questions I had. They were so easy to get a hold of and were always so kind and professional. This particular property I would recommend to anyone who is staying around the Orlando area. It's just outside of Orlando and the resort amenities are awesome. Truthfully, we never really leave the resort because there is so much to do. When we do go eat our favorite place is Beef O Brady's which is just a few miles down the road. I have been coming to this same area every year for 8 years and we always make sure to hit up that restaurant. Not only is there food amazing but we have always had stellar service.

Spacious and Very Well Appointed

We had a large 1st floor master and 1/2 bath off the kitchen right next to the door to the pool. Upstairs we had 4 additional master bedrooms. Furniture looked new and was protected with custom made glass on every surface. TVs in every room and large screens in the living room and upstairs family room. The kitchen had beautiful matching white dishes and cookware and serving dishes. Quality Henckels knife set and they were sharp! I brought from home the typical items that are missing from vacation rentals but I never needed them as the kitchen had everything without being overloaded with unnecessary stuff. The kitchen had tons of pantry space for groceries.We paid for pool heat and were glad we did. In spite of the rain and cool temperatures outside, our pool was warm and the spa heated up nicely. The pool lights were a nice touch as the sunset came early. We rented a gas BBQ grill through a company the management works with and they delivered before our arrival a beautiful new grill and had it all set up and ready for us upon arrival. Location was great. No real traffic to speak of and a short drive over to Disney. We only went to Disney twice, we enjoyed the house so much we didn’t feel the need to go anywhere. We did take advantage of the mini golf, bar and waterpark at the club house a couple of times.The neighborhood was pretty packed over the Holidays and there were some people staying up late and making a lot of noise. However, our house backed up to woods and the neighbors nearest us were quiet and respectful so the noise wasn’t a problem for us. We loved the house so much we’re hoping to return with our extended family next year!

The team at Blue Skys worked quickly to get us into a new home that actually fit our needs better. Windsor Island is a great resort for families with lots of amenities and close to the parks. The homes are new, sparkly clean, and decorated beautifully. The management was quick to respond to any needs or question we had. We have already booked our third stay this spring with Blue Sky Villas at another great home in the Windsor Island Resort. I highly recommend cooking with this company.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I went here for a family getaway for a birthday and it was a perfect home. Beautiful decor, amazing layout. Everyone had their own room and bathroom and we were able to hang out in the common areas, enjoy the hot tub, and eat together at the dinner table. It was relaxing and I enjoyed every moment. We did have to take into consideration the distance from the airport and universal studios. But with proper planning and everything - we just had to leave earlier. I would love to rent this exact place again! My trip was only a weekend and I didn’t get a chance to enjoy the community rooms.
