Welcome to Just About Beachfront holiday home – where the sea meets serenity. This charming 3 bedroom retreat is freshly renovated and offers a luxurious space to relax, rejuvenate, and revel in the sunshine. Boasting stylish and comfortable furnishings, our home sleeps a total of 7 guests comfortably. With each room equipped with a smart TV, your family and friends can enjoy movies and shows from the comfort of their own bed. But what truly sets this home apart is the proximity to the beach. Premium hotel-quality linen and towels are provided for all guest stays, allowing you to settle in and enjoy your holiday in comfort and style.
HOUSE RULES

Welcome to Just About Beachfront, we hope you have a great stay. Please ensure you follow the below house rules throughout the duration of your stay and upon checkout.
- Firstly, please enjoy your stay and we hope you have a great time.
- Strictly no parties at the property or large gatherings.
- Do not sleep on the beds without fitted sheets & flat sheets or an additional cleaning fee applies.
- Please keep the home tidy and leave it in the same state it was found.
- No smoking inside.
- No Pets allowed in bedrooms.
- Please pickup your dog poop before leaving.
- Children must be supervised by an adult at all times when at the property.
- Please double-bag fish scraps before placing in bin.
- Please keep noise to a minimum after 10pm.
GENERAL RUBBISH: RED BIN ONLY
Please try make an effort to minimise your general rubbish. Any excess rubbish can be taken to the Wallaroo tip at 14 Recycling Circuit, Wallaroo. OR taken home.
RECYCLING: YELLOW BIN
All recycling to be placed into the Yellow bin only.
Upon Checkout:
- Please take home any excess rubbish
- Please empty the dishwasher before leaving.
- Ensure all items have been removed from the fridge.
- If the BBQ has been used, please thoroughly clean it as a courtesy for the next guests.
- Please put the red and yellow bins out when leaving.
- Turn off the Air-conditioner, close all windows and turn off all lights.
- Ensure every door is locked, windows closed including roller shutters *Important
- Return keys to the lock box and scramble the numbers.

Very comfortable house for our family getaway. Short walk to the end of the road for beach access made multiple trips to the beach easy. Would not hesitate to rebook on our next visit to Pt Moonta.

Beautiful house, close to the beach and perfect for our dog too, with secure back yard. Would have been even better if steps going into the house were replaced with ramps. Getting in and out was a little tricky with a walking frame for my mum.

Great house, great location, good price! Lovely renovation and everything we needed was included. Walking distance to beach. Really clean & tidy, and easy to find what we needed. We noticed a lack of highly perfumed things - a huge thank you (allergy sufferers). Family room TV had poor reception (but TVs in bedrooms didn’t) - maybe have a look at that, we wanted to watch the AFLW final together but couldn’t.

Great holiday stay, lovely renovated inside and pet friendly! Good parking at front with horse-shoe driveway. Communication easy too.

Fabulous sunrises and sunsets. Pet friendly, clean and comfortable, outdoor shower for sandy feet,. great pressure indoor shower very clean. Comfortable beds too. We watered the garden

Stroll to the beach

Well located within sight of the beach. Property was as listed. This is the first time statying at a property managed by an agent instead of the owner; the difference in the vibe of the home and check in process was noticeable. It is a condition of this property to sign a "short stay lease" and have an additional cash security deposit held on your credit card from the morning of arrival. A bottle of wine was available upon arrival, but there was no 'local services' folder that provided information to guests about local eateries or sights to see. The home was tidy, but the fake plants inside were coated in dust. Overall, a great little getaway for families or couples who will be in bed by 10pm,
