The open floor plan includes a Hamptons-inspired kitchen, spacious living and dining areas with a wood fire, and a multi-purpose room. Outdoor spaces offer a pool, expansive lawns, gardens, fire pit, alfresco dining with a pizza oven, and protected lounges.

With four bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a master suite with an en-suite and walk-in wardrobe, the home comfortably accommodates families. Additional features include ample parking, a mud-laundry room, security system, split heating-cooling, and a separate powder room for upstairs bedrooms.


It sleeps up to 10 guests, 6 adults and 4 children; linen is included; bring your pool-beach towels.

Bedroom 1: King bed with ensuite, walk-in robe, garden view, study nook, located on the lower level.
Bedroom 2: Queen bed, robe, garden view, first floor.
Bedroom 3: Queen bed, robe, garden view, first floor.
Bedroom 4: Twin bunks, 4 Child-Size Single Beds, robe, garden view, first floor.

Both living areas have a wood fire, and the home has seven reverse-cycle heating-cooling systems.
