Located in the private gated community of Truman Annex, you’ll be just a few blocks from Mallory Square, Duval Street and all the restaurants, shopping, and attractions of Old Town Key West. While close to all the action, you'll benefit from the peace and tranquility Truman Annex is known for. While you can walk to most places, if you bring a car to this excellent location, there is a reserved off-street parking space located in the garage.

THE LIVING AREA…

The owners spared no expense when it came to the renovations and the outfitting of the property, which is apparent from the moment you walk in. From the high ceilings to the meticulously chosen decor, every turn showcases another touch of class.

When you enter, you’ll quickly find yourself in the kitchen, where you can’t miss the beautiful natural bar with seating for 4. The kitchen itself is outfitted with every appliance and accessory you might need for those nights you wish to cook at home. From the kitchen, you’ll move into the living room, which features high-end furniture and comfortable seating that you’ll melt into.

Go from the living room to the grand private patio outside. If we put a basketball hoop at each end you’d have a full court! This incredible outdoor space has seating for all and includes a propane grill to cook up the day’s fresh catch. We have a feeling you’ll spend most nights relaxing on the patio as the sun sets in the distance.

THE POOL & FORT ZACHARY TAYLOR STATE PARK…

The Community Pool is right downstairs, located directly on the waterfront. There are plenty of chaises for your comfort and a cabana with restrooms for your convenience. Best of all, you’ll have “orchestra seats” to watch the sunset on the Gulf of Mexico. Fort Zachary Taylor State Park is a half mile away, with the prettiest beach in Key West.
