With a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable queen bed, and laundry facilities, you'll have everything you need for a comfortable stayaway.
The Space:
The Wren Studio offers a serene and private escape, perfect for couples or solo travelers seeking a peaceful retreat. Located adjacent to the main house, this single-level home offers complete privacy while providing easy access to the surrounding area's amenities.
The Wren Studio features a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge/freezer, cutlery, crockery, and wine glasses. The comfortable queen bed provides a restful night's sleep, while the laundry facilities, including a washing machine and dryer, allow you to pack light and stay longer.
Just a short drive from the Wren Studio, you'll find the charming Petra Olive Cafe, the Yallingup Wood Fired Bread House & Art Galleries, and the picturesque beaches of Yallingup and Dunsborough. For a unique coffee experience, visit the nearby Commonage Coffee for a coffee and gallery combination, or stop by The Coffee Cabin in the Yallingup Gallery.

There is a strict two-pet limit. Pets are permitted by approval only, there is a fee of $95 per pet charged separately. No pets on any furniture or inside bedrooms. No pets to be left unattended, this means pets must travel with you throughout your entire stay, our Noise Restrictions apply if pets are found unattended. Please do not use kitchen bowls for your pets. Clean up after your pet, any waste or animal hair left will incur a $200 cleaning fee.
