- Rental Agreement: After booking, you’ll receive an email to sign the rental agreement and addendum electronically—complete it ASAP to secure your reservation.
- Calypso Resort Registration Fee:
- $60 fee (includes 1 parking permit for the MAIN garage).
- Second vehicle pass may be purchased ($60 fee per vehicle).
- Additional vehicles may be considered on an exception basis outside of peak season. There is a $60 fee for each additional vehicle.
- Fees are controlled by the resort and subject to change.
- Guests are not permitted to be on property without proper registration..
- $300 refundable Security Deposit authorization held 3 days prior to arrival.

Everything was wonderful. The views were stunning and perfect for watching the triathlon swim. The location was great and we didn’t need a car to get to sores, bars and restaurants.

Our stay at this unit was fantastic. We’ve stayed at Calypso several times and the location is hard to beat. Communication from the owners was hands down the best I’ve ever experienced. I wouldn’t hesitate to rent from them again. For our next vacation I plan to see if they have units available before looking anywhere else.

We had a great time in 1708! The condo was clean and spacious. The beds were super comfortable and the AC was nice and cold. Perfect location, a short walk to pier park and restaurants. Plenty of room for our party of 6 with room to spare. Lots of beach gear provided which was great since we forgot our wagon. Overall great experience and will book here again in the future!

The upper top bunk when I took off the sheets looked like it had pee stains. The washer and dryer definitely needs to be up graded. Overall I definitely would stay again .

Calypso is an extraordinarily beautiful resort. The views from their pool are incredible. The pictures in the listing did not do that justice. I loved the easy access to everything at Pier Park. I loved the little coffee shop across the street attached to Tower 3. The Owner was amazing at responding quickly, very friendly, and very easy check in process. We even got to check in a few hours early! Some things I wasn’t a fan of was the amount the pools were closed due to rain even if there was no thunder. I do understand they have certain policies in place, but that was a bit of a bummer. I didn’t like that Tower 3 had easy access to our pools, when we couldn’t have access to theirs, and we experienced a theft from the beach by people staying in Tower 3. However, the security, and staff at towers 1&2 are incredible. And I love how secure and safe it feels. Definitely family friendly, and feels safe to bring your babies. We would love to come back again!

Beautiful Condo with Amazing View

I love this condo. I stayed in it several times. It's so comfortable with 3 bedrooms and a sofa bed. The kitchen is great. The view is stunning. It's very clean and newly renovated. Can't wait to return to it. I love the quick walk to Pier Park and of course the beach is right downstairs. The pools are awesome. Love it.

RECOMMEND!!

This was our third time staying at the Calypso, and it’s nothing short of amazing! The location is the best you can find, and is super convenient. The host were super friendly and communication was excellent. The condo was very clean and came with beach chairs, which was super nice! The host made check in/out and information regarding the parking, room, and directions very accessible. Would recommend this room to anyone!!

needs TLC, best location

We booked the week of April 12, 2025. We love calypso tower this is our 5th trip to this building but different room. I usually book from families who also use their condos so first time with a rental company. The condo smelled musty all week and I’ve been in this tower so I know it’s the unit itself. The master bed and other queen bed were uncomfortable. It’s like a foam topper on top of an older mattress so you sink into the middle or end up sinking towards the heaviest person in bed. It reminded me of my parent’s old water bed in the 90s. It’s definitely time for new beds. The sofas were old and dirty / worn looking. The master bathroom shower looks like the wall around it is rotting. I don’t feel clean here and was ready to head back to my house after this stay. I wouldn’t come back to this unit as I know there are plenty of other ones Available that are far more updated and clean.

Balcony door

Stay was good, condo nice, nice area to stay, but we put in maintenance request a half an hour after we got there. The sliding door to balcony was so hard to open. They called twice saying there was maintenance would be there that day, for the first two days. Never showed up. The third day they called and said no one could make until after we left. Was disappointed with that.

Fantastic Spring Break

This condo did not disappoint. Everything from parking in the garage to getting to the unit was so easy. The location is great and is within walking distance of pier park. The condo was clean, the beds were comfortable and we had plenty of space. The sunsets from the balcony were beautiful. We were here for 7 nights and we only ate out 2 meals. We enjoyed cooking/eating and relaxing on the balcony. The 2 beach chairs with the umbrella was a great asset, as well as the free activities. We had a great time and we will be back.

Great accommodations.

Calypso was the host hotel for Ironman Florida and it didn't disappoint! Location was great and any issues that we ran into, the staff was extremely responsive. Not only with taking care of our request, but Jenny made sure to follow up and make sure everything was resolved to our satisfaction.

Great location!

The condo was as pictured and there was great communication about check in/check out! The condo is within walking distance to pier park with great shopping and restaurants. Chair service was included with the condo which was an added bonus. We happened to be there during PCB’s pirate festival and that was fun for the kids. (Adults also!!) The condo was very clean and had what we needed to get started. We put in a maintenance request and that was handled promptly with no interruption to our vacation. Overall we were very pleased and would definitely recommend and return!

Great vacation with wonderful accommodations

This condo was perfect. The descriptions online are spot-on. The sunset from balcony and sun rise from front door are amazing. Check in was as simple as parking in the garage, which had ample spots, walk over to unit, use provided door key, SO SIMPLE. The kitchen has anything needed for preparing meals. There is more than enough space to accommodate the whole family, the beach chairs and umbrella provided helps eliminate having to carry so much!! Nightly walks to the pier, or Pier Park was relaxing, we used the coupons for a ride on the Skywheel at sunset, beautiful. You should really give this condo a try, you will be pleased.

The best vacation to date

The quickest response to a small issue and even faster resolution. We have stayed at Calypso for about the last 10 vacations, and this is the best one yet. There is so much space and feels just like home. Aside for missing our dogs, we didn't want it to stop. With the amount of days on our stay, we were able to get some perks and those add up very quick. It has the best view, the beds are so comfortable that if it wasn't for the urge to be on the beach, you wouldn't wanna leave it. You get chairs by the beach with the package, and that was absolutely great. We had a blast. There isn't a single thing you have to drive for. You can go to the grocery store, a restaurant, a jet sli ride, a parasailing place, a banana boat ride, or just a simple stroll to the pier, where you can have some of the best views in the area. Shopping, dining, places to visit or just hang at the beach, all within walking distance. Thank you for the opportunity to enjoy such a great place

Girls just want to have Fun!

My friends and I came down for a long weekend girls trip! The condo was the perfect size. We had a wonderful stay here at Calypso 1708! The beds were super comfortable!! The room had everything we needed. Looking forward to our next visit!!
