- First Floor: Main entrance, indoor living room, indoor dining area, kitchen, outdoor dining area, swimming pool and three bedrooms including master bedroom.
- Second Floor (Mezzanine): Kid's Room and Entertainment Room

CAPACITY & EXTRA BEDDING:
- This property is designed to comfortably sleep 8 persons.
- Extra beds are available at USD 45 per person per night. Two (2) additional beds can be arranged for this property.

LIVING AREAS:
- The main communal space is an enclosed air-conditioned living area that is conveniently located next to the dining area with an open kitchen.
- There’s also an outdoor dining area with BBQ facilities, ceiling fans and a seating area by the pool.

ENTERTAINMENT:
- High-speed WiFi throughout and 43-inch Smart TV with Netflix, local and international channels, Bluetooth speakers, books and board games.

KITCHEN & DINING:

Nyepi Day is a day of absolute silence throughout the island and it is observed from 6:00 AM until 6:00 AM the next morning. No outdoor activities are allowed and there will be no check-in and check-out from properties on 19 Mar 2026, 08 Mar 2027 and 26 Mar 2028.
