This architecturally designed 5-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom holiday home will impress. Designed over 2 levels, this spacious retreat offers large open plan living with 3 living spaces including a billiard room, large dining (perfect for summer entertaining) overlooking a private glassed fenced poolside retreat as well as a trampoline and an enclosed private landscaped courtyard. Imagine relaxing on one of the pool recliners or entertaining friends and family under the magnificent al fresco dining zone complete with an outdoor kitchen. Al fresco summer dining has never been easier with the rear bi-fold doors opening to a covered rear lounge area.

Downstairs includes the impressive Billiard room, a spacious master king bedroom with ensuite bathroom and a separate guest powder room.

Upstairs guests will enjoy spacious accommodation including a second king master with ensuite and balcony, a large office, a second living area retreat with TV and piano and 3 further bedrooms including a further king bed, a queen and a bunk bedroom with main bathroom and separate powder room. Small dogs only allowed. The garage is not accessible for guests however there is ample parking for up to 3 cars in the driveway.

Heating and Cooling: Aroha Moana offers integrated and separately zoned reverse cycle Air Conditioning throughout, and a Gas log Fire compliments the ground level Living room.

Luxury Inclusions: Gas heated fireplace, large glass fenced swimming pool (not heated) and outdoor shower.

Bedroom and bathroom linen are included with your stay.

i. This property is pet friendly (small dogs only) upon application, the breed and age of your pet must be provided. This property is fully-fenced.
ii. Guests are prohibited from accessing the gym & sauna during your stay.
iii. This property is the perfect venue for families, couples, corporate and yoga retreats, mothers group weekends and golfing weekends.
iv. A bond is required for all stays, which is refunded after the property is checked and there are no damages.
v. Terms and conditions will be automatically emailed to guests after their reservation is confirmed via email. Please note Holiday Shacks requires all guests to sign and fill out a No Party Policy document as part of our traveller verification process. Your booking is not confirmed until your traveller verification process has been conducted and confirmed by us.
vi. We do not accept schoolies, bucks or hens bookings, nor do we accept parties or events under any circumstances. This is due to strict council regulations enforced by the Mornington Peninsula Shire Council Short Stay Law to which you must agree to when booking with us.
